Great hot air balloon!! - Had the best time on the hot air balloon. I was very nervous before but it feels like a really safe operation. They consider safety before anything else. Everything went smoothly and the breakfast was delicious. Our pilot was Mathieu and he did an excellent job.

Definitely a bucket list experience - This experience was a 50th birthday treat and it really fulfilled all our expectations. We were greeted with a coffee and pastry, then the safety briefing. It was really exciting watching the balloon inflate. Any initial fears were instantly dissolved as our pilot had everything under control, such a smooth take off and landing ! It was fascinating to hear she is no.2 in the world women’s hot air ballooning. She even played the happy birthday tune for me on the gas cylinders. The sunrise was stunning . Couple tips - go to the bathroom before you leave and wear something warm as it’s chilly that early in the morning. Also great communication from head office .

Well worth the 4am rise! - Such a lovely couple! I hope their business goes from strength to strenght, everyone including our driver to the guys who made breakfast and the ones who helped with the balloon couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and enjoy the experience! Thanks to Agna for being a wonderful pilot.

Amazing! - What a fantastic trip. Booked for a surprise for my husbands 60th and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The whole basket of travellers sang happy birthday at 3000ft! We even witnessed a balloon eclipse. Would definitely recommend and our pilot Kaylee was amazing

Amazing! - What an adventure! Amazing! The sunrise over the Atlas is definitely worth getting up very early to enjoy the show. We were taken care of very professionally! The breakfast served after the activity was very varied and delicious! Very smiling and friendly staff! Very good-natured atmosphere in the basket and clear explanations from the instructor! An experience to do if you are in Marrakech!!

Great trip! - Pick up and drop off were organized well. We got to see the balloons to be inflated, there were so many in the sky! Balloons were all quite full but that didn't bother me at all. Got some tea and food afterwards

Magical - The whole experience was magical! We couldn't have asked for a better operator than Kaylee. Her warm personality, excellent knowledge and humour made this experience all the more special. The driver, cooks and all the staff did a fantastic job. I'd do it all over again tomorrow

Once in a lifetime trip! - Incredible experience which started from when we arrived to see the camp with the welcoming fires. Watching the balloons inflate around us and then taking off was a magical experience. The views were incredible and we saw the sun rise over the mountains with other hot air balloons around us. Our pilot, Mattieu gave us a running commentary and was very skilled landing us back in the exact same place we took off from and my husband helped to deflate the balloon which made his holiday. We were then ready for a fabulous Berber breakfast. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing - It was really nice, Reggo our pilot is just the best. Explained as we went, the techniques of the ballon, we cracked jokes, very relaxing experience

Brilliant staff and experience - Great experience all round. The pick up was prompt and confirmed the night before which gave me more peace of mind, communication was via WhatsApp and really helpful to have a point of contact if needed. Upon arrival at the site it was cold due to the time of year so I recommend a jacket for the waiting around. We waited maybe 30 minutes for other groups to arrive and and right time to set off for the sunrise. There was tea/coffee/water offered at the start, as well as your chance to have the videographer/photographer take pictures of the whole experience for you. (1 person = 25$, 2 = 50$, family = 80$). Which is emailled to you with 2 days of the experience. Liftoff was smooth and our pilot explained quite a lot to do with the balloon and how it works, which was really a great touch. He was able to turn the balloon so everyone got a view of the sunrise as well - he really made the experience so much better. When we landed, the ground crew were right over and helping pack it all back up again and we got a bus ride back to the original location where we were able to have a buffet style breakfast with a good selection. We were also handed a flight certificate and our name was written in Arabic- another lovely touch! The staff really were exceptional and the experience was amazing.
