The Most Epic Adventure! - TL;DR version: George is amazing, the tour is amazing. You’re going to pack a lot in, and you’re doing it accompanied by someone who clearly loves the island and all of its incredible sights. George is officially (according to us), the most lovely person on Zakynthos. My family and I (myself, my wife, daughter 16 & son 10) stayed on Zakynthos during May 2024. We found details of George’s tours whilst on the island and thought they sounded ideal. We messaged last minute, and George got back to us almost immediately to tell us that he had availability the following day. Communication was excellent. George set out what the plan was, where the plan might need to change (mostly if the weather changed), and asked us if there was anything we specifically wanted to see. For the tour itself, George arrived right on time (he picks you up from your accommodation himself). He’s a great and careful driver, and having him around means you get the benefit of his local knowledge, pointing out interesting sights around the island and introducing some stops on the way to the boat. We called in at a lovely local bar for drinks and ice cream, an ancient olive tree where we were able to taste some of the families olive oil and wine, plus some other scenic stops. Everyone we met was so cheerful and welcoming. Once we got to the port itself, George produced a cooler full of drinks and snacks, plus a bag with water shoes, snorkelling equipment, etc. We started out the boat trip by investigating a number of the blue caves, including getting out and swimming in one of them. The scenery was absolutely epic, the water the most exciting incredible shades of blue. The journey was idyllic. After a while exploring the caves, we made our way to shipwreck beach, one of the most iconic sights on Zakynthos. It’s no longer possible to land on the beach, but to be honest that makes it all the better as you don’t have to fight for space so much. We cruised from there back down the coast, investigating all of caves and coves along the way, stopping to explore and swim many times along the way. George kept us all topped up with drinks and snacks, as well pointing out all of the places of interest. The kids were starting to get tired by this point, so after taking in Poseidon’s face, we headed back to the harbour. Returning to the car, we headed off to the viewpoint above shipwreck beach. This is on high cliffs above the cove and a few of us (mostly me!) were a bit nervous. The path is rocky and high. George led us super-carefully and even myself and my son (who aren’t keen on heights) felt safe the whole time. We had insane views of the cove, and George even broke out the drone to get some photos and video of us. We were offered a couple of side trips on the way back, but everyone was tired and we said we wanted to get back to our accommodation, grab some food, and then get some rest. G recommended a restaurant on the way with great views. We took him up on that and we enjoyed dinner with more amazing views over the Ionian Sea. We invited him to eat with us, but he was happy to sit and wait for us. Feeling full, tired, and very satisfied, George took us home again, where we literally only showered off the salt water before falling into bed. I simply cannot recommend George highly enough. He goes above and beyond to deliver an awesome experience. He is simply the most lovely, and probably the hardest-working, guy on the island. Book him without hesitation and know that you will have the most incredible experience

Must book trip in Zakynthos - I would confidently say that, if you want to experience the best of Zakynthos, book the trip with George. George is awesome. He personalised the trip based on our preferences. Before going on the trip, he specifically mentioned what we are going to do and the whole plan. He showed us the ship wreck from the best view point he found. He also took some amazing drone shots of the view. He proactively took photos of us , which we really liked. He bought us some ice cream on the way as well. The boat ride is amazing, he also showed us how to ride a boat. He also took us to a spot where the sunset is amazing to have dinner. He is very knowledgeable of the island and told us many facts and stories about the island. There was never a dull moment thought out the experience. He gave us life jackets to swim in the ocean and he took us to a place to swim where the water is so clear and blue, and there is no crowd at all. He is very good at responding to messages and usually responds very fast. At the end of trip, I forgot my sunglasses in the car, he pinged me and brought back my sunglasses too. Also, All the pictures he took on his phone and drone videos he took, he immediately sent them via Google drive in a day.

Beyond Excellent! Multiple 5 Star! - I know I told them I would give them a 10 but that would not even be close. Would rate this tour MULTIPLE 5 star!!!!! They take care of you from the moment you book till they drop you off. Very good communication between the operator George, checking out updates on your trip until the day of your tour to see if there will be issues that would affect the actual day of the tour. And if there are issues he is very thoughtful to think of possible solutions. George was already booked with another group so his partner Andonis took over as our personal guide instead. Andonis was also very awesome. The moment you get into his vehicle there was banana and napkin and water ready for each of us and on top of that, he had a cooler bag with picnic food and drinks available for us so it was like a family picnic because we really interacted like friends/ family. He brought us to very beautiful instagrammable spots in our itinerary. He took very good pictures and also gave us enough time to take pictures and videos ourselves. He is also a boy scout. He has stuff available in his car for minor needs like wipes just in case water is not available for handwashing. Zakynthos is beyond gorgeous and we truly experienced it at its best on this tour. We came home very fulfilled having accomplished everything that we hoped to accomplish and more. Thank you George and Andonis! Most highly recommended!

Unbelievably magical experience. - From the moment we made our booking many months before our trip we were contacted by Georgio. Giorgio's communication was prompt, professional and made us feel at ease. A couple of days before our tour we were given an exact location to meet and was told that Georgio's right hand man Andonis was to run the tour for us. Again communication was spot on. Apon meeting Adonis and having a quick chat it was clear to us that the day was ours to do as we wished. In fact Adonis treated us like family. Being a born and bred local Adonis's proud knowledge of his homeland is second to none. From the best local coffee to the best food and sightseeing spots Andonis has it all ready to share. We ate and swam at Port Limnionas Beach, visited an olive oil factory, viewed a 2000 year old olive tree, stopped off at Navagio Beach lookout and more without once feeling rushed. All this combined with the fact that we were in a group of four close friends made the experience unforgettable. In fact we are making plans to see the Ionian Islands one day with Zakynthos being an extended port of call. The only difference is that on our next trip we will be calling in on Georgio and Andonis as friends. Thanks Gentlemen you were faultless. Until we meet again. Cheers.

Amazing! - I highly recommend this private tour as a must-do experience! Our guide, George, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Zante island tour - We had an amazing day with Anthony, he was very prompt on pick up and gave us an excellent tour of the island, actually going above what we paid for. He gave us so much information about the island showing us places that a general tour wouldn’t give, Couldn’t fault anything and would highly recommend booking this trip

We fell in love with Zakynthos' beauty! - We had such a wonderful tour of Zakynthos. We absolutely fell in love with this island's beauty, and that was largely in part of our amazing driver Antonis! He asked us what we'd like to see and was very accommodating in taking us to some of the most beautiful places on the island. Our pictures turned out breathtaking! I would highly recommend this tour and make sure you ask for Antonis!!!

Great day - Great guide - What a fun day!! Antony was awesome - not a tour guide, but a friend showing us his home island. The tour was pretty much as described. The boat ride (3 hours) could have been a little shorter (the blue caves are awesome...but the last 30 mins or so was too much). But what made the tour special, was Antony. He was always accommodating, always fun, always helpful. I think he enjoyed the day as much as we did. By the end of the day we had a great experience and a new friend. Definitely would recommend this to everyone.
