Spend an entire day with me, as I relish in cooking and frequently making new acquaintances. Owning a country house for over three and a half decades, I can confidently claim to be privy to all the hidden treasures of the vicinity. Depending on the season, we can stroll into the woods and gather wild mushrooms, asparagus or capers, herbs, thymes and oregano, as well as almonds, olives and grapes (All of which are grown organically and nurtured by rainfall). We can also indulge in a picnic comprising of seasonal offerings. For those seeking thrill, we can head for snorkeling to a special beach known only to me!
