This adventure is designed to take you out of Barcelona’srowdy heart and envelop you in the refreshing Mediterranean ambiance. We’ll find ourselves amidst authentic Catalan countryside shortly after departing Barcelona. Our first stop will be the Dali museum situated in Figueres, his place of birth. We will utilize about 2 hours to explore both the museum and the heart of the city.

The second point of interest is Peratallada, a captivating medieval spot on the way to Costa Brava. You’re sure to have a delightful time, it will be akin to traveling back in time.

Our third and final visit will be Calella de Palafrugell, a quaint old fishing hamlet composed of various coves with charming narrow streets and traditional two-story fishermen’s homes that perfectly capture the essential charm of the locale.

Spend the day exploring beyond Barcelona with a group of friends! - Our tour guide, Daniel, was terrific! We had a lovely breakfast by the sea in Costa Brava. What a beautiful area of Spain, not to be missed. Then we set out to Peratallada where only 50 people live. We walked through the medieval streets of this quaint village and tried the Spanish Vermouth and one of the best Sangrias we have had during our vacation. We climbed the tower to see breathtaking views of the area. Our last stop was the Dali Museum in yet another picturesque village of Figueres. My husband and daughter are big fans of the artist and enjoyed the collection of his work and the way the artist chose to display his work. Daniel had fun facts for each stop as well as during our travels to each point of interest. Even though it was a 10 hour tour, it didn’t feel long. Daniel made it feel like we were spending the day with a group of friends. I highly recommend the tour to visit these areas outside of Barcelona you will not regret it!
