Affordable Barcelona Sightseeing - Very convenient way to see the sites of Barcelona especially on a rainy day. The two-day ticket was perfect for us.

Allow time to do both the red and blue lines - The tour was off with the dictation but great way to familiarize yourself with Barcelona You need to do both the Blue line and the Red line

Disappointed ☹️ - Disappointed! The tour guides/ drivers were not that friendly. Not very helpful. Stops were never advised you totally had to rely on the crappy audio recording not as organized as other cities. One guide was even discussing his sexual encounters with the driver. Totally inappropriate!!

Not the only bus tour in town - Audio guide wasn’t very informative and stops were not well labelled. A bit chaotic during the busy season and drivers were not helpful.

Extensive waiting - The most memorable was waiting in line for over an hour for a bus to arrive. We were fearful of getting off the bus that we’d have to wait another long time for a bus. Poor management of buses and where their needed. Go with the red hop on off bus group and stay away from the Barcelona travel

Go with red hop on hop off bus - Go with red hop on hop off bus routes are easier to use. Has more buses also I think. We could use only a few stops as the routes are oneway.

Bad experience - The stops were poorly marked and some marked on the map didn’t exist. We ended up taking a taxi to get to the sites we wanted.

A scam - Would rate 0 if it was an option. Unable to download tickets, then sent via a link that says oops, broken. Requested a refund and denied, Requested tickets to be sent as we are still in Spain. No success

Horrendous experience with Barcelona Bus Turistic - We were promised that the bus would arrive every 5-10 minutes, on this hop on and hop off the bus plan, but after waiting for 50 minutes at Francesc Macia stop near Diagonal, on 17/5/24, a bus finally came. But the bus wouldn't let on more than five or six passengers because the driver and the assistant on the bus insisted the bus was already full. However, as the bus drove away, we could clearly see there were seven to eight unoccupied seats on the ground floor. Perhaps the top floor was full, but certainly not on the ground floor. Then after 30 minutes or so, another bus came along, and again only three or four were allowed to get on the bus with plenty of unoccupied seats on the ground floor. By the time the third bus came along, more than 1.5 hour after we joined the queue, there must have been 200+ angry clients in the queue. So we were shouting at the driver and the assistant at the entrance of the bus, and this time about a dozen people were allowed to get on. But there were still empty seats on the ground floor. What was going on there?? Was there a shortage of busses because the drivers were on their siesta break, or was the bus company trying to save the cost of fuel by not filling the bus with passengers? We demand answers and refund on our booking. We lost so much precious time of our short break in Barcelona. Absolutely disgusting.

Barcelona Experience - My wife and I were very disappointed with our experience with City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour in Barcelona last April 10, 2024. The drivers went on strike that day from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm! We have reserved tickets for the Sagrada Familia tour at 3:00 pm. The staff advised us to complain to Viator and request refund for our tickets. We contacted Viator customer service when we got home but our refund request was denied. We had no choice but buy tickets with the other sightseeing bus tour since we were flying back home the following day. J. B. from Texas, USA
