Not what was advertised - This is NOT a private tour. Then when you show them you booked a private tour they laugh at you. They said that means private transportation. Maybe you should put private transportation NOT private tour. We have a son with special needs and we needed a private tour that's why we booked it. The tour guide at the River Safari was very very good with our son. His name was Roger. The man has 13 kids, so he knows. So the River Safari piece was great, however, the tour company and Viator really failed us
