laid back private tour - Did a private tour with Chris and he was easy company. Informative but not just talking at you for an hour (which would have been annoying). Definately a great way to see the colleges

Great guide Olly Wade !! - 4 ladies decided to take a private punting tour today. Our guide was Olly Wade, it was his 1st day and he was amazing!!! He was extremely knowledgeable, he answered all our questions and was so kind and patient with us. We felt completely safe with him and wanted to say he deserves the praise. Thank you Olly!

Wonderful - Wonderful forty five or so spent in Cambridge. I must give props to our terrific guide and expert punter, Jack, who regaled us with all sorts of interesting and funny stories and anecdotes as he expertly navigated us around. Would highly recommend this experience.

Archie, the guide supreme!! - We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Archie,our guide was on point. He was informative and so engaging. We came prepared with our picnic and were delighted. We had the pleasure of Pritesh's humour and have to also acknowledge that he is amazing, too.

Charming and well provided tour! - The guides were well-informed, entertaining and perfectly charming. Even though the weather was being typically British, we stayed dry and warm with the umbrellas and blankets provided for us! All my students enjoyed this intimate and relaxing tour along the river Cam and the scenic backs of the Cambridge colleges.

Punting The Hard Way - Self Hire Punting was an amazing experience but isn't as easy as it appears. After 30 minutes spinning around in circles, I eventually span off the punt into the deepest part of the river, where I couldn't even touch the bottom. This meant I couldn't get back on it. I spent around 10 minutes in the water causing absolute chaos blocking the entire river with the punt. After I finally managed to clamber back on it, a touring punt hit us and knocked me back in. This caused me to lose the punting pole, leaving us stranded again 🤣 Definitely an experience, but if we go again I think it might be better to get a touring punt instead.

Be sure to bargain to get a cheaper trip - Nice punting tour from Quayside, not a fan of the sales tactics! Each sales rep has a different price and they’re so expensive; we walked past at about 7pm and they were desperate to fill the last boat so offered us £20 each (£40 total) for the 45 min punt - down from £76 originally! So definitely barter with them and don’t over pay

Great punt tour - We booked a shared punting tour with Scudamore's from Magdalene Bridge. Finn was our guide and punt chauffeur. He was great and did a fantastic job of pushing the punt against wind and a strong current on the river whilst telling us loads of interesting stuff about the history and all the things we saw. Lots of the colleges are shut in May because the students are revising for their exams and that meant it was a really good deal because we saw loads of colleges and heard all about them at the same time. Scudamore's were careful about our safety and tied the boat up so it was easy for us to get in and out. The punts had umbrellas and rugs to help us cope with the British summer!

Sad for spoil our mood and no tolerance due waste our money, too business mind - Better don't do online booking first, because you can expect the travel time to prevent your ticket forfeited and waste money. They will not consider and tolerance your excuse, that will spoil your travel mood. They will let your know reason of forfeited is busy, pack for time, no boat, but tell you to rebuy the ticket then hv time boat for you....too business mind, not so good for suggestion. And there hv another company with more cheaper price....we choose this company thought at the same time let student to gain some part time job is a good idea but no tolerance make us lose the money and mood for this boat traveling. Thanks
