Chichén Itzá, Valladolid, Cenote Tour - David, was absolutely fantastic. He took us on an incredible journey through Chichen Itza, a cenote, and Valladolid. His deep knowledge and passion for the history and culture of these places made the experience truly special. David also shared fascinating history and stories that brought the ancient Mayan civilization to life. Exploring the Yucatan Peninsula with David was an unforgettable adventure, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide.

Excellent tour to Chichen Itza - Amazing day - Alberto was a great tour guide; very knowledgeable and friendly. He was prompt for our pickup in a well maintained car. Would definitely recommend the private tour to get ahead of the crowds and the heat - experiencing Chichen Itza with few other people there was a fantastic experience and Alberto gave us lots of historical context to what we were seeing, including a lesson in Mayan counting. The Cenote swim was a welcome cool down afterwards in a very scenic location. Lunch was very good followed by a short walk around the centre of Valladolid. Alberto took care of everything and also took some great photos for us through the day. We would recommend both this tour and Kay tours in general, as we also took a few transfers with them that were well organised and on time.

Private Chichen Itza & 2 Cenotes - Amazing! - We had an amazing experience. Our tour guide was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and very kind. He played great music in the car and drove very safely. We made it to Chichen Itza in great time and he knew so much and was so excited to share his knowledge. We were taken to two cenotes and they were absolutely amazing. You could also tell he was great with photos; he would quickly change the setting on the iPhone to best suit the photo/video (ie: portrait mode, slow mo, etc). The experience was absolutely worth it!! Thank you so much!!

Amazing Day! - I was so confused because there were so many tour companies to choose from but boy did I make the right decision! It was everything that I would have imagined for a beautiful day to Chichen Itza, Cenote, and authentic Mexican lunch. This trip was very important to me because it was actually the reason for me to vacation in Mexico. Euridice was our tour guide and made this day even more special and pleasurable. Thank you for giving us wonderful memories of this beautiful country.

James was very informative and a great guide 5 stars! - James made sure it was an incredible day, highly recommend using Kay tours. We were leaving as buses of people arrived and got to the ruins early, as well as visited other ruins around the area through the add on tour options. Completely worth the early wake up call with a private driver it’s as easy as it can get. Ask for James

Amazing Day. Thank you - Kay tours provided an amazing day for us. Early departure, which got us to Chichen Itzá just as they open and before any crowds. From there we visited the first Cenote which was wonderful to swim in and we had it completely to ourselves. Afterwards we had a nice buffet lunch. Then we went to a covered cenote. It was a little chilly but very refreshing and we had a good time. Hugo was a fantastic tour guide who provided great information about all sites. Driver Marco was a great driver who navigated some challenging roads with skill and easy. Thank you all.

Amazing Ruins & Cenote Tour - Our excursion with Beto and Charlie was one of the best excursions we've ever had! From the moment we were picked up to the second we were dropped off, we were made to feel special. With two teenage boys, we needed a mixture of history with the Mayan ruins as well as some adventure with swimming in cenotes and ziplining across the cave. We could not have asked for more with Beto's extensive knowledge of the Mayan civiliation while we explored Ek' Balam. After we visited two cenotes, each with a unique experience. Beto was extremely informative and tremendously friendly. We encountered many of his colleagues in our travels and everyone raved that we had "the best" guide. I cannot help but agree whole-heartedly after our day together! They were extremely flexible to accommodate our requests, even going so far as to arrange the purchase pf a custom made Mayan calendar which required finding a specialist that could make what we wanted quickly and deliver to us en-route. I'm so happy I followed other traveler's advise and booked Kay Tours. Especially, I'm happy to have been paired with Beto (Alberto Bennevendos Talamas) and Charlie (Carlos). You should be so lucky as to have them!!

A memorable experience!!! - My mom and I could not have been happier with our private tour to Chichen Itza, Saamal Cenote, Valladolid! Our guide Alberto was outstanding! All the details were planned in advance, from the entry fees, tolls, lunch, and refreshments. Alberto picked us up at our resort at 7am. The drive to Chichen Itza was around 2.5 hours. We spent about 2 hours at Chichen Itza. Alberto was extremely knowledgeable and answered our questions throughout the tour. He guided us around the ruins, explained significant history points, and used visuals from his iPad. He helped us take plenty of pictures and instructed us on how to bargain with the local merchants. Next, Alberto drove us to the Cenote Saamal. We loved swimming in the cenote water!! Alberto stayed back and helped us take plenty of pictures. After we were done swimming, we had lunch nearby, which was included in the tour. The lunch was buffet style and so delicious! There were plenty of options and the food was authentic! The last part of our tour was exploring the historical Valladolid. We had the flexibility to explore at our own pace. After we were done exploring, Alberto picked us up and he drove us back to our resort. Thank you Alberto for taking good care of us! We highly recommend the private tours though Kay Tours! The price is very much worth it!
