Bookings for experiences and tours are non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled activity, please contact the operator to reschedule. Activities may be rescheduled within 6 months of original booking date. Failure to reschedule an activity a minimum of 72 hours beforehand will result in cancellation without refund.

We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly. Shout out to Jennifer on the safari drive thru. Our tire was going flat during the drive and she went and got us an air compressor and let my kids feed the deer while we waited. She was very patient and kind with us and made the process easier. Thank you Jennifer!!

My family had a wonderful experience today at the Park. The staff was very helpful and they made sure we had fun and knew where to go. The Wildlife Walk was informative and was great for a wide range of ages. My daughter loved the petting zoo. My highlight was the drive-thru safari. We enjoyed it so much that we did it twice! I highly recommend this for families and groups of friends!
