Join Barbara for a culinary journey into the heart of Naples!

Expectations for the experience:
You will initially prepare the tiramisù dessert as it needs cooling for a minimum of two hours. Following this, you’ll cook the tomato sauce we’ll use for the gnocchi and the eggplant parmigiana.
Gnocchi-making will be the centerpiece of our class!

With produce taken right from Barbara’s own garden, we’ll prepare a delightful tomato bruschetta, scrumptious potato croquettes or wholesome vegetable pancakes.
When our Neapolitan banquet is all prepared, we fill our cups, take our spots at the table and give in to the gastronomic splendour!
