- Before paddling into the National Wildlife Refuge, all group members must watch the “Manatee Manners“ video from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.
- Please arrive by 1:15 PM to ensure enough time to enjoy your outing.; All kayaks must be returned by 3:30 PM.
- Swimming is allowed from sit-on-top kayaks only; swimming from sit-inside kayaks, canoes, or clear kayaks is not permitted.
- Launch and return at our site with ease, thanks to the tide-controlled waters that ensure a smooth, current-free paddling experience.

Bookings canceled more than 48 hours in advance or due to inclement weather are eligible for a full refund. Bookings canceled within the 48 window will not receive a refund.
