Day 01: Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Ben Tre

My Tho - 07h40–8:20: Pick you up at your hotel and on journey to My Tho- Ben Tre.

9h50: Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, the largest ancient temple in the Mekong delta Vietnam.

10h30: Check in cruise and move on the Mekong river.

Take a leisurely boat ride in Tien river to enjoy fresh air, to see the peaceful life of the local people,

10h50: Enjoy Vietnamese traditional music (Đà n Ca Tà i Tử - A folk art form from Southern Vietnam accredited by UNESCO in 2013 as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity)

11h10: Relax by Hand – rowed sampan in small canals
11h50: Visit the bee farm and enjoy honey tea

Ben Tre - 12h20: You get on a boat to visit the largest coconut candy factory in Ben Tre province.
13h00: Return to the boat then the bus will take you back to Ben Luc Village

Long An Province - 13h40 pm: Check in Family Tiny Garden Join a cooking demonstration, our chef will guide you how to make some simple signature Vietnamese dishes. Enjoy a Barbecue Vietnamese food lunch.
Pm: Check in Homestay Family tiny garden.
Join the activities with the locals: Enjoy rowing boat, fishing, casting nets, You will learn to plant rice, being a farmer..
18:30 - 19h00: Dinner (Barbecue )

Day 02: You explore the countryside by bicycle, watching rice fields, fruit gardens

Ben Luc - 5h30: Visitors get up early to ride bicycles to watch the Sunrise over the rice fields or after breakfast, you explore the countryside by bicycle to visit orchards, dragon fruit, grapefruit, oranges, guava… and admire the beautiful rice fields.

Visit local market, enjoy coffee
Visit the Phuoc Long local Pagoda and come back homestay enjoy breakfast at Family Tiny Garden

11:00: Instructions on how to grind rice, enjoy learn to make cakes.

12:10: Have lunch at the restaurant

13:00 Check out room

13:30: Bus takes the group back to the HCMC.

14h30: End of tour at the pick up point.

Unreal authentic experience with a top guide - We had an amazing time at The Tiny Garden. It was a proper authentic experience, catching fish in the pond, planting rice in the mud. Cycling through the Vietnamese countryside was surreal, as was drinking coffee with the locals at 6am in the morning. Hugh and the team were so accommodating, the food was delicious and we were treated so well. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to be immersed in the local culture, it was a jam packed 2 days with amazing experiences and memories.

Perfect start of our Vietnam trip - Family tiny garden is a very fitting name, we felt welcomed from the first second. We had amazing experiences, a lot of gorgeous food and fun. The hosts were very thoughtful and helpful all the time. We can absolutely recommend the overnightstay at this wonderful place. We learned so much about there daily live at the mekong delta. Thanks for everything!

Authentic Experience - The place we stayed was very charming and authentic. We were in the heart of the Vietnamese countryside surrounded by dogs, cats and farm animals. Our guide Milo was simply perfect! He was very caring, funny and attentive to our questions. The activities he organized for us were diverse and very interesting. Takes you to both tourist places but also more authentic activities. I recommend 100%

2 days and one night in a great place - We spent two days with Milo Great experience, Milo was able to explain to us the different customs and habits of the Vietnamese. Several activities done with him: fishing, planting, rice, cycling, sunset, sunrise, cooking classes, etc. Great excursion on the Mekong. We also spent the night there. in a comfortable, air-conditioned bungalow. I highly recommend this experience.

Great immersive experience in this magnificent region - We came for 2 days and night in this haven of peace, we were able to discover the Mekong region through activities, each more enriching than the other (Cooking, fishing, bike rides) I highly recommend you to spend an authentic moment with family or friends. A big thank you to Milo for his kindness, his good humor and his sense of sharing!

An excellent experience - A great experience! The hostel is very calm and peaceful. The activities were great : biking, taking a tour on the Mekong delta, fishing, cooking classes, sun set & sunrise… The food is amazing. Our guide named Milo is very interesting and he is always here to help you and answer every questions. He made this experience even more unforgettable. A great thank you !

Authentic Mekong Delta Experience - This experience was wonderful. Milo the group tour was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. Loved the Mekong Delta region and the authentic experiences of seeing local life. Very real and authentic. Paddling the small waterways, met a farmer, eating pho and drinking Vietnamese coffee with the locals. Watching the sunrise over the rice paddy fields, planting rice and catching a fish in the traditional way was awesome. The food was very nice and my room clean, cool and comfortable. Very well hosted by Kenny and Heui. Highly recommend this experience.
