- Borgo Antico - Monterosso is unique among the Cinque Terre villages because it’s divided into two parts. The older, historic section, Monterosso Vecchio, is characterized by its ancient structures and fortified walls. The newer part, Monterosso al Mare, features more modern amenities and a lively beachfront promenade.
- Spiaggia di Fegina - Enjoy some free time on the main beach in Monterosso. Fall in love with its crystalline water and weather permitting have a swim.
- Il Gigante - Like the other villages in the Cinque Terre, Monterosso boasts a rich history that is reflected in its architecture. You can explore narrow medieval streets, ancient churches, and charming squares that transport you back in time.
- Monumento a San Francesco d’Assisi - Located uphill close to a monastery you can admire a statue dedicated to San Francis of Assisi. This place will give you a unique panorama over the riviera. Just be prepared to climb some steps as the monument is uphill.
- Oratorio della Confraternita dei Neri Mortis et Orationis - This Church is located in the historical center of Monterosso and has a beautiful baroque style facade
