Perfect for children - Small museum perfect for children but which also piques the curiosity of adults. Very kind and smiling staff. We spent some very fun hours, there is the possibility to touch and try almost everything and read a lot of information in different languages.

Da Vinci interactive - 💯 Recommended to visit with family and children. Our 3 year old really enjoyed interacting with all of Da Vinci's inventions. A little difficult to find the entrance, they should signpost better.

Leonardo Interactive Museum is a must see, hands on, immersive experience - This is an amazing museum, nearly every exhibit is hands on. You can test how Leonardo’s inventions work to understand the concept yourself. There were so many children having a go at building bridges, testing a wing, drawing water among so many other exhibits. There is a separate room showing his many artistic endeavours too with explanations on who is in the paintings, how leonardo began drawing and why.

Excellent and fun exhibition! - A great museum especially for those who enjoy engineering, mechanics, innovation and contraptions. Skip the queue options generally worth it in peak season. A nice break from all the art sites.

Interactive museum, not suitable for very young children as it would be boring - Interactive museum a stone's throw from the Duomo. Be careful that shortly before there is another museum dedicated to Leonardo Da Vinci on the right but they are different things. Quite strict with entry times, the place is not very large so you need to limit your income. Wooden reproductions of the most important discoveries of the genius Da Vinci, children can independently operate the attractions to see how they work. It is not a toy library and must be used with grace and care. There are some tables that give the possibility of building something out of wood following the instructions. Nice place, not suitable for very young children because it would be boring. An hour passes quickly.

If you like LdV, its a must see museum - We enjoy it very much! So much to see in this museum. The place was full of young children and families and the way they behaved - we were horrified. They did not treat the exponats with care, they were yelling… Also, the guide who had guided tour for youngters was very ignorant and rude to other visitors (she practicly pulled me out of the mirror closet so she could show it to her group)… But overall - great museum 👍👍.

Nice spot for older kids. - While I enjoyed learning and exploring this is definitely more suited for kids. There were several field trips there when we went so plan accordingly
