- Au Péché Vigneron - vins fins et Crémants d’Alsace ZEYSSOLFF - After the tasting of 5 Alsatian wines and the visit of our century-old tuns cellar, you can sit down at the table for the meal. You will enjoy a seasonal soup as a starter, followed by a vegetable quiche accompanied by raw vegetables and finish your meal with a portion of kougelhopf and its biebelaskaas (Alsatian fromage blanc). Your meal will be served in the former cellar of the House, which has now become a “Bar à Manger” area.
For children, a menu of knacks, vegetable crisps, drinks and desserts is available. You can also not register the children and they will choose a menu on the spot!
Following the organic conversion of our estate, we have renovated our cellar and take advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity: a film on our rather rich personal history, and on our work philosophy. All projected in the cellar, on hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180°, allowing the public to find themselves in total immersion in our history. A unique scenographic space in France.

Being avid enthusiasts of travel and architecture, Céline and Yvan ZEYSSOLFF have explored numerous exceptional, quaint family wineries. All these wineries share a common mission: to make the exquisite heritage of French wine accessible to all. Vineyards are no longer seen merely as places of work, but as spaces of interaction where the saga of wine unfolds through familial and local tales.
Céline and Yvan ZEYSSOLFF, proprietors of a vineyard deep-seated in history and custom, aspire to evolve a hospitable space where wine connoisseurs and amateurs alike can indulge in their passion for wine and come out feeling culturally and emotionally enriched.
Relish the taste of 5 Alsatian wines and a savoury vegetable quiche in a unique ambiance: a vintage family wine cellar from 1850! It’s a perfect blend of history and contemporary sophistication. A snug little spot is also available for your convenience in the old barrel-vaulted cellar of the House. We welcome youngsters who will be treated with a craft grape juice.
