Highlights
- Pyramids of Giza - Be picked up in the morning from your hotel in Cairo or Giza for a tour to the mighty pyramids and their guarding Sphinx. Your Egyptologist guide will provide you with full details of the history of these mighty monuments and give you some insight into the ancient civilization. You will then have a panoramic view of the Pyramids Plateau and get a chance to take photos as you marvel at the amazing sight.
Driving down the valley you will stop at the Sphinx, the famous statue carved in a rock that resembles the wisdom of man and the strength of a lion. Again you will have time to take pictures and get a close look at this amazing monument.
After the tour, if time permits, you can visit a papyrus institute to see a demonstration of how pharaohs used to make their papyrus parchments.
Be transferred back to your hotel at tour’s end.

Perfect! - We were so happy with this tour. We don't typically get guides but thought it made sense for the pyramids. Mohammed Gomaa, our guide, was perfect for us. He did a great job tailoring the level of detail to what my 10 yo son and I (mom) were interested in and making my son feel special and knowledgeable (he had just studied Ancient Egyptians in school).
Personally, I really liked chatting with him. He was super smart and interesting and our conversation jumped around to lots of different topics. We couldn't have been happier.

Fun-filled Cairo tour - I couldn’t be any happier with the service that we received from Delux Travel. The driving was impeccable on the busy roads of Cairo, from the pick up from the airport to the longer drives to the pyramids. We enjoyed our tour throughly due to our tour guide, Hussein Elgabry. He taught us about Egyptian history in a captivating way and was ready to answer any questions that we had. He also took us to see how the scented oils were made and shop for gold and Egyptian cotton. What we appreciated most was that we were never rushed and could always take our time at our main interests. We were also informed of the main food spots to enjoy traditional Egyptian cuisine. Hussein made the tours very enjoyable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to see Egypt in an entertaining and informative way.

Memorable Experience - If you're in Cairo for only a few days I highly recommend experiencing the 1/2 day tour. My girlfriend and I had the privilege of meeting Mohammed and we was a delight to be around. His knowledge and passion for Egyptian culture was nothing short of spectacular. A wonderful and amazing experience that'll I'll cherish forever.

Pleasant and informative - Great experience with our guide Emad G from Deluxe Travel. Enjoyable explanations and attentive care. Anwar our driver was also very pleasant and accommodating. No surprises on any additional fees. A quick tour to local shops at the end to buy some artifacts with explanation on trade itself. Very interesting. Would highly recommend this half day tour for discovering the Pyramids.

Giza Pyramids - I had an amazing time. Our guide Emad G showed us all around the pyramids and gave us a beautiful history lecture of every spot. He was absolutely amazing! Our driver was named Walide and was the kindest and was super helpful! If you ever have a trip to Egypt I highly recommend Deluxe Travel!! They are fantastic and you will not regret it.

Fantastic tour, really well looked after - Had a excellent tour, lots of interesting background and history on the drive over, Emad was our guide, was very informative always explaining what was happening next and gave time to take pictures(even helped me take a few), and driver Ruby negotiated the traffic very well. Highly recommend, it's great to get the history and the detail, but also great to have someone looking after you and making sure you dont get caught up, or miss something.

Excellent time! - Emad was extremely knowledgeable and made our time at the Pyramids, Sphinx, Papyrus Museum, and the oils store awesome. Sabry was excellent as our driver. He navigated the roads with ease and we got to where we were going safely and promptly. We concluded with an delicious lunch. A very concise tour, the company was also very flexible with their pick up time. A must do and reasonably priced.

Awesome views and great souvenirs - I wasn't looking forward that much to this trip but it ended up being exciting experience, the old monuments were incredible and the souvenirs I got in the shop are beautiful and educational.
