Literally an amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone - Staff was absolutely amazing with us as we had a massive hiccup our end they was very accommodating and done everything in their power to make sure we got the absolute most from our experience. Thank you to all involved will definitely be back again soon

Unique Way to Experience a Bit of London - We were lucky enough to have a sunny afternoon with very little wind so a perfect day to experience the hot tub. The checkin was seamless and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The steering of the hot tub was easy to master after some practice.

We had fun - Emily was absolutely amazing. We booked the shared hot tub boat, the water was so warm. We had a great time. We’ll definitely be back to try the BBQ boat

Most unique London tour! - This tour was so unique and relaxing. We had a lovely time with the other people in our hot tub, we didn't want it to end. Dom was our tour guide and he was fantastic! We would definitely recommend this tour as it is in an area probably not otherwise visited and there's also many cute restaurants nearby

One of the highlights of my trip to London. - This hot tub experience was very relaxing ☺️. I started doing this experience in the middle of February while the days were still short and the nights were longer and I enjoyed it, but the most recent one was better, because there were other people in the hot tub and I was able to get to know them better(the people couldn’t be any nicer on the boat). The fact that you can bring two alcoholic drinks with you in the hot tub is a nice touch to the whole experience.

Fantastic - Bought this as a surprise for my wife’s 40th birthday and it was perfect! We both had a great relaxing time, it really is a unique experience and will definitely recommend this to our friends! Great tuition and friendly staff with good facilities, if you want a different London experience book this! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sunset Hot Tub Sauna - Perfect day for a sunset hot tub tour of Canary Wharf. Weather was super nice and the views were amazing! Would definitely recommend the experience. Only downsides were the company not being upfront about the deposit (you need to pay a £100 deposit after you pay for your booking and they only ask for this after you book and pay for everything), also, for the price they ask for, it would have been nice to have a smoke filter over the fire because all the ashes from the fire ended up on the water and by the end of the experience we were just swimming in a hot tub of ashes which was a bit disgusting (might have been because of the wind that day too but still should be fixed!!). Security instructions are given very clearly and they really make sure that everyone on the boat is safe and that the captain knows how to drive the boat before we left, there are fire extinguishers on board and everything ready in case of an emergency. They take security very seriously and it was an overall very nice experience!

Would have been fun if we got what we booked - Booked a shared tour with a guide, when we got there they told us we had to sail the boat ourselves and we would be going alone. I think they overbook because there were many skuna boats on the water at the time. We did not want to have to steer the boat, it was stressful, the chimney was not working properly so we sat and inhaled all the smoke for the majority of the tour. Would have been fun if we got what we booked. The smoke and stress of steering made it not so fun.
