A Perfect Way To Spend An Afternoon in London - Claire’s knowledge of the British Museum made our first ever visit very very special. She knew ever room, guided us effortlessly ensure high points were identified and explained. A perfect afternoon experience!

Strongly recommend a guide - Claire met us right on time, skipped us past the long entry lines, and then gave a very knowledgeable tour through the museum. You could visit without a guide. BUT you would never get exposed to so many galleries before getting exhausted/overwhelmed at the breadth. Claire pointed out key items, explained their history and moved us along.. She added in post tour restaurant suggestions also.

Extremely interesting - The private tour with Andrew was perfect. He knew everything about the museum and told very interesting stories. He kept us interested and excited the entire time. He was very accommodating to our needs. I can’t imagine a better experience. Highly recommend this tour especially with Andrew.

Incredible amount of knowledge - Outstanding tour! As others have said Jack (our tour guide) is a wealth of knowledge and is great at sharing. He kept us moving and brought the historical timeline into perspective. One thing to note for those who might be effected, only 2 rooms in the museum are air conditioned. Several are very warm as the temperature was unseasonably warm outside.

British Museum Tour with Jack - Jack was our guide for our tour of the British Museum. His knowledge is impressive and his enthusiasm contagious. I would also like to mention his thoughtfulness. We aren’t spring chickens and Jack was sensitive to our needs. His suggestion to use the lift instead of mounting was seemed like 500 stairs was incredibly thoughtful. If, in doubt about a guided tour, don’t be. Jack was brilliant Thank you again for a lovely afternoon. Jill and Kent Peterson

Jack was Amazing! - Jack's Knowledge about the Museum was Amazing! Could never have done it without him. I do think it's better with a Private tour. You wouldn't get the details in a group.
