Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook some dishes of Vietnamese foods. After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and prepared side dishes.
The class isn’t difficult to follow. For instance some of the ingredients are pre-portioned by the friendly assistants for easy assembly. At your stations, you prepare four local dishes with the help of our recipes.
* Tour Itinerary:
- 10:30 / 15:30: Enjoy welcome drink and take a rest at our restaurant, then join cooking class. Our chef will teach you how to cook some local food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.
- 13:00 / 18:00 : Cooking class end

An experience not to miss! - An experience not to be missed! Chef Koo was so instructive, amusing and such good fun that we just laughed throughout the whole experience. Lovely, fresh ingredients and good instructions on how to cook them. We all managed to prepare and cook delicious food under Chef Koo's watchful and amusing eye and thoroughly enjoyed eating the results for lunch! The traditional building added to the ambience and we can thoroughly recommend this experience when in Hoi An. We wouldn't have missed this for the world!

An experience not to be missed! - What a wonderful experience! My companions were not sure about doing this - but they loved every minute. Chef Koo was charming, attentive, friendly and great fun. He also took videos and photos with our own phones so that we had loads of photos. The ingredients were fresh and it was really good to taste and cook with new products. Chef Koo's instructions were clear and easy to follow with a lot of fun thrown in. The resulting dishes were simply delicious. Best food we have had all trip! Can highly recommend this experience to experienced and not so experienced cooks - it was worth every minute! Learned a great deal and have the recipes to use back in Oz.

Best vietnamese cooking class! - Such a fun morning and well worth the money! We were taken on a really informative tour of the market (and not coerced into buying anything) before going on the coconut boats, where we caught a couple of crabs and spun. The food was easy to make and so delicious, best to come on an empty stomach. The teachers were also so friendly and helpful, highly recommend.
