Good Bus and good service - We booked the sleeper bus to Hoi An here, while it was very difficult for us to book tickets on weekends because it was very crowded and almost all buses were full, but luckily we booked tickets here, she was very kind, helped us book tickets easily and picked us up on the bus, the sleeper bus was very comfortable and picked us up on time, I appreciate the quality and service here

Uncomfortable experience and wouldn't recommend. - We travelled by Queen bus from Ninh Binh to Hoi An. It was an overnight VIP sleeper service. It actually left early (I guess once they knew all passengers had arrived). However it was extremely uncomfortable. There were individual beds with curtains to pull across for privacy but they were very small length and breadth wise so not able to move much which meant you were literally stuck in there for the full 14 hours, other than when they made 2 brief stops during the journey. Our seats were broken so you couldn't adjust them to sit up either, meaning we had to lie down the whole time. There were far too many people on board for the space which made it feel very claustrophobic and there were even people sleeping on the floor between beds which was a nightmare to navigate you needed to use the onboard WC. There wasn't an option to turn off the air con above each bed so it was pretty cold throughout the night. All in all a very uncomfortable experience and wouldn't recommend. If we find the journey again we'd do the train as at least you could get up and walk about.

Left waiting on a street for 3 hours mid journey - Honestly save yourself the bother when we arrived at the office the woman asked if we could pay again and she would refund the original because of something to do with payments getting to her. The bus was fine and like most other sleeper buses until the early hours of the morning when it stopped in a random car park over 3 hours out from Hoi an and we were told to change bus. The next bus didn’t come for 3 hours so we had to sit out on the side of the road in which time we were constantly harassed by people trying to sell 2/3 day tours and excursions and private bike rides to Hoi an that would show you the view. The bus we then got on had been parked in the same car park for most of the time and when we got on it was smaller and couldn’t fit everyone with some sat in the aisles and then was being used as some sort of delivery services stopping to offload parcels it drove through the centre of Hoi an but wouldn’t let anyone off until we were a 45 min out of Hoi an where it was surrounded with people hounding you for taxis and bikes etc would not recommend especially as it was the most expensive sleeper bus we had boooed throughout our trip the entire bus journey took nearly 18 hours!
