Perfect day - We had a amazing trip. The tour guides and the bus drivers (we had two, due to a bus change) are so funny and friendly. The nature and views are just stunning. The boat is very nice and the food was really good. The cruise, the cave and the hike are memories we never forget :) thanks!

Great experience, a must do thing in Vietnam - It was wonderful experience, all activities as per itinerary shared… our tour guide Kien was very jolly and explained history about all the places we visited… took us to some nice shops as well…. Lots of fun at cruise deck… totally enjoyed…

Very disappointed, So crowded and the water is so dirty. - First of all, I don’t usually write review. I am a very well traveled and have been to many destinations around the world. Halong Bay is always in my list and I always want to see it. I am very disappointed and i remembered coming back by bus after the tour thinking it was a mistake booking this tour. There are many people going to the same place and it packed. You can’t move much when walking around the cave, the water is very dirty and the any where we go for a swim is nothing but dirty. I would like to give some compliments to the driver, the guide and the crews of the cruise but I felt like from the starting point to the end of the tour I felt personally pushing to either buy the products or even giving Tips. The guide is asking everyone to scan on TripAdvisor to ask for the review on the way back and asked to give good review. All the move from start to finish is good by the arrangement but for example going to see the bamboo products before we go on cruise, asking for tips and asking for review. I am done with Ha long Bay and I don’t think I will be back, such a disappointment. Tourists included myself make this place dirty and I think of you can choose, don’t do this. There are places that look similar around the world like Elno do in the Philippines, Maya Bay in Thailand as well. What can I say? It is a tourist trap.
