Arrive in Kathmandu (1,400 m)
Ace the Himalaya - Our airport representative will be receiving you at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and s/he will be displaying an Ace the Himalaya signboard outside the airport terminal. You will be then transferred to your respective hotel in our private tourist vehicle.
Note: Either on Day 01 or Day 02, there will be a pre-trek meeting in our office. During the meeting, we will introduce your trek leader/guide. Please make sure you bring the passport, three copies of passport-size photos and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. During this meeting, please clear the due balance, if any, and sign the legally binding trip form as well as the non-liability disclaimer.

Additional Information
Unveiled to international hikers in 1977, the Annapurna Circuit Trek has gained reputation as one of the most breathtaking hiking trails globally. Originating from below 1,000 meters, it provides an opportunity to journey through the Himalayas from base to apex and from various angles and viewpoints. This magnificent hike guides you to a beautiful village, populated by a variety of ethnic groups, with awe-inspiring and grand panoramic views of the Himalayas. Further north of the central Himalayan range to the lofty, arid Tibetan Plateau, the landscape remains just as awe-inspiring. The pinnacle of the Annapurna Circuit is the Thorong La Pass situated at the summit of the valley at 5,416 m. Descending to the west at Muktinath, from the pass we proceed to the stark Tibetan style settlement of the Kali Gandaki – the deepest gorge globally, trespasses between the enormous Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains.

Epic adventure on the Annapurna Circuit with Ace the Himalaya! - Epic adventure on the Annapurna Circuit with Ace the Himalaya! AC varied with truly breathtaking scenery and interesting cultures and people - we felt it showcased a bit of everything of Nepal. Absolutely professional trekking company in Ace from our first contact with Sujan in the Kathmandu office to organising all the finer details of our trek including allaying any concerns about high altitude trekking with 2 children (12 & 15 yrs), to meeting our wonderful guide Janardan (Janu) and our strong and skilful porter team of Dilip, Vess and Limbu Dai. Everyone was just amazing. Dilip in particular was a great friend to our son.
A very special mention for our guide Janu - when he started speaking with us at our pre-trek meeting, I knew we had a winner. His knowledge of the mountains and trekking, his friendly nature, his support and his tireless efforts to make our experience safe, comfortable and of course memorable, was second to none. We sincerely regard Janu as a friend.

Great trek around the Annapurna from Tal to Jomsom - Just great...
We did the circuit with a Group of four people. The trip was booked via "Himalaya Tours Switzerland" and operated by "Ace the Himalaya".
It was a great experience, our guide Shyam and his team did a really great job! They were always happy and helped us with everything. The choice of the lodges was always good and much better than expected. Also the food in the chosen lodges was really good. The highlight was of course the "Thorong La Pass" with the impressive altitude of 5416m above sea level!
We were so lucky to have always good weather until we reached our daily lodge. So we had the chance to see all the beautiful landscape and mountains.
I would definitely recommend this trip because it has a great range of trekking and tradition.
Thanks to the team (Shyam, Nima and Suke) for everything and all the best!

Ace The Himalaya Annapurna Circuit Trek - My experience with Ace The Himalaya from start to finish was excellent. My guide and porter Shyam and Nima made my toughest personal challenge, the experience of a lifetime. If you're lucky enough to participate in this trek and you get these 2 guys, I assure you will have been very lucky. Amazing knowledge of the locations, exceptional advice and care and most of all,2 of the nicest lovely human beings you could meet. The trek itself is out of this world though quite hard in places and I fully advise everyone to experience it for themselves.

Annapurna Circuit - a perfect trip with two perfect companions (Sunil and Kaliz!) - Ace the Himalaya was incredibly professional and easy to work with. I booked and planned my whole trip just 6 days in advance and it went off without a hitch!
Most importantly, my guide and porter (Sunil and Binod aka "Kaliz") were absolutely top notch! Incredibly thoughtful, well-connected throughout the route, and generally great friends along the way. We were an amazing trio and I couldn't recommend them more! It really felt like I had two guides and I will definitely be back for another trip.

Arnapurna circuit 2024 - We had a great trip with our guide Raj and are absolutely satisfied. Even as inexperienced trekkers, we always felt that we were in good hands and were able to fully enjoy the little adventure of the Anarpurna trek. We can absolutly recommend both Raj and Ace.

Wonderful trip with a professional local company and great guides and porters - This is the second trip with have done with Ace (also did EBC with them 2 years ago) and once again the service was top class. The communication from Sujan via email prior to arrival in Kathmandu was quickly responded to and helpful, even altering the set itinerary by a day to accommodate our dates in Nepal.
Our guide (Milan) was fantastic - could not fault a thing about him across the 2.5 weeks! He was friendly, kept us safe on the mountain, nothing was too much trouble to make our experience the best it could be. Milan also helped alter our itinerary whilst on the route to spend an extra day in Pokhara which was much appreciated. Milan was very knowledgable about all the surrounding mountains and told us a lot about the local cultures which only enriched our experience.
Our porter (Kaleej) was also super helpful. He was friendly all the time and was a great support on the mountain when walking. Kaleej’s had great knowledge of the route.
Ace provided us with duffle bags, suncaps and fold out maps of our route - all to keep and take home, which is a nice touch.
Overall a brilliant trip once again with Ace - first class service from a local company. We would certainly not hesitate to book another trip with Ace again!

Excellent company with fantastic staff - Me and my girlfriend did the Annapurna Circuit with Ace after having done Everest Base Camp with them two years ago. The experience was fantastic and just as good as our first trip, and we’d definitely go with the company again.
Our guide Milan and our porter Kaleej were extremely helpful and friendly all throughout our trip, and helped make the experience unforgettable. They also kept us safe at all times and always made sure that we were drinking, eating, and sleeping enough to ensure we had a successful trip. They were also very knowledgeable on the local area, mountains, and culture.
We expected basic facilities on the trek but were actually pleasantly surprised with the great standard of accommodation and food all around the circuit, despite the remoteness and high altitude.
Overall the trek was excellent value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ace the Himalaya, and Milan and Kaleej, to anyone looking to visit Nepal.

Excellent guide and porters, amazing views - We had a wonderful time and our guide nimesh went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe during the trek and tended to all of our needs, even making sure we were able to get to the airport for our departure. He also was extremely knowledgable and answered our many questions about the trek and geography of the area.
Our porters Sunny and yogendra were also very attentive, assisting us on certain parts of the routes that were slightly trickier and looking out for us during meal times.
The sights were also amazing and the intensity of the trek was pretty manageable overall .
Couldn’t have asked for a better team and experience, 10/10 would recommend!!!

Excellent Guide & Porters (Knowledgeable, Helpful, Friendly) - The Annapurna Circuit Trek is amazing with varied views from trekking along the river, through the forests and local villages, all with a close up view of the Annapurna range and other peaks, and of course seeing snow capped mountains from going up on he Thorong La pass.
Nimesh was a very knowledgeable guide, answering all our questions on the geology and culture of Nepal whilst also making my group consisting of 3 females feel exceptionally safe and taken care of the entire trip.
We were accompanied by exceptional porters - Sunny and Yogendra - who not only carried our bags for us but also looked out for us throughout the entire trip (waiting for us to take pictures, making sure we got our dinner served, ensuring we don’t roll off the cliff, whilst cracking jokes with us) and I’m really glad we formed great camaraderie as we travelled together over the 2+ weeks of hiking.
An experience I would recommend to all! And to do it with Nimesh, Sunny and Yogendra!!! We had a 10/10 time with them :)

Once in a Lifetime Experience! - We had an amazing trip. Our guide was Ramesh Karki and our porter was Kalije Neupane. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible.
Thank you to Ace the Himalaya, Ramesh, and Kalije for helping us get over Thorang La Pass, and for making it the trip of a lifetime!
