- Angkor Wat - Early morning at 4.45am, pick up from your hotel and transfer by Tuk Tuk to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat, and visit it right after sunrise.

Angkor Thom South Gate - Picnic breakfast in Angkor complex near South Gate of Angkor Thom where is the starting point of hiking.
Note: Please arrange breakfast boxes from your hotel. - Angkor Thom South Gate - 4.5km hike from South Gate toward West Gate, then continue to Bayon Temple, the state temple built in the middle of the grand city Angkor Thom, for the visit.
- Bayon Temple - Visit to the serene smile face temple Bayon, dated to late of 12th century, found by a Buddhist king Jayavarman VII.
- Angkor Archaeological Park - Enjoy the quick Tuk Tuk ride through some beautiful ruins and temples along the little circuit to a hidden temple Ta Nei which is located in the middle of the jungle.
- Ta Nei Temple - Visit to a hidden temple Ta Nei where you will not see other tourists since it is selected for an environment experiment.
- Angkor Archaeological Park - Continue 5KM walk through the jungle toward Preah Khan temple. The walk is beautiful.
- Preah Khan - Visit to Preah Khan temple, an important monument found by Jayavarman VII to honor his father, and it is home of multiple birds and parasite trees.
- Angkor Archaeological Park - Hop into Tuk Tuk to enjoy the ride along the beautiful road of the grand circuit, seeing couples of temples along the way to one the restaurant by the lake Srah Srang.
- Srah Srang - Enjoy your optional lunch and siesta. Lunch costs between $4 - $6.

Our guide Phoeun was amazing, provided a perfect tour of the many temples in Siem Reap. - Our tour guide, Phoeun was very punctual, professional, and friendly! We bought the tickets to Angkor Wat ahead of time which allowed us to be the first visitors at the lake to view and take in sunrise at Angkor Wat. We had the perfect spot and Phoeun led us there. Throughout all of the temples, Phoeun provided detailed history and context. He also had a lot of knowledge that he shared about the history of Cambodia that we really appreciated. He knew exactly where to get really good views and pictures in each location. He also led us through two separate jungle hikes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon after lunch. The afternoon hike led us to two rarely visited temples in the jungle, it was fantastic. We really appreciate Phoeun and our driver for making a very memorable experience for us today!

Our tourguide, Fin, was spectacular!! - Fin is everything a tourguide should be: knowledgeable about the subject, immersed in the local culture, and able to communicate with the tourists. But he is so much more: he is a warm, compassionate, and deeply caring person. He shared personal stories and experiences that made some of the difficult subjects of Cambodian history we discussed vivid and educational. He extended his arm to help us tired and elderly tourists take that one more step to see the most wondrous sites. He cares deeply about his country and he takes his job seriously and performs it with lots of love and energy. Easily the best tourguide ever!!

Sunrise or Ankor Wat and Jungle Tour - Fin is an amazing tour guide, speaks wonderful English and is very knowledgeable of the history, customs and chronology of all the sites we visited. Happy house stops (bathroom) and cold bottled water to help with the humid heat were greatly appreciated by this cold weather dweller. Cambodia is just bouncing back from covid and the crowds were quite light compared to pre covid levels and it was possible to still feel slightly alone especially at Ta Prohm. the tour bus Fin had us on was very nice, clean and comfortable. I absolutely will go with Fin as my guide next time I visit Cambodia. The people were lovely.
