Wonderful tour with Andreas! Just what we were looking for on the last day of our 10 day cruise. - We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Andreas. Wonderful communication prior to our tour. We had a private excursion with our family of six and learned about the history of the small villages of Portovenere and Cinque Terre and stopped for lunch and really enjoyed the towns. Nice little shops and quaint villages. Beautiful to experience this from the water, really a good tour for a relaxing day full of spectacular views, sights and wonderful history. We were able to swim in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, though it was a bit chilly when we visited, but something not to miss. We enjoyed our limoncello and aperitif on the boat, along with fresh focaccia and homemade pesto. The only thing I would suggest is walking through the streets and getting wonderful food to go and sit down with. We had a sit down lunch and the restaurants get quiet busy and noticed many people grabbing food to go, calamari, wraps and handheld lunches. Many places to sit and enjoy the amazing activity of the town.

The only way to see the Cinque Terre - Andrea was a great host and expert sailor. Knowledgeable and accommodating in every way. The villages are extraordinarily crowded and this was the perfect way to see everything without getting stuck in the crowds.

Great family excursion - Andrea was our guide and captain. He did a great job keeping us informed and entertained along the way. He had music, food and drinks for us. We had the boat to ourselves which was unexpected and really awesome. There were four of us. We would recommend this tour if you’d like to avoid the tourists and crowds at the Cinque Terre towns. It was nice to get an unobstructed view of the landscape. The weather was perfect as well.

Cinque Terre via small boat - We had a little difficulty finding the pickup location. The tour operater had sent a link via What ‘s App, fortunately we did have access to it with our cell phone carrier, if not, we would not have found it. We got there before the boat arrived, and there was no sign for the tour. Fortunately we called Andrea vista What’s App and he told we were in the right place. Overall, the tour was great. The only downside was the stop for lunch. The small town was packed, all of the better restaurants had too long of a wait, so by the time we found a place with availability, we had to get our food to go, and we were not yet at peek season. So as long as you keep your expectations low for the lunch stop, you will have a great tour!
