A1 Experience, great company - I was planning to come to Morocco with my family to visit an old family's friend living in Tangier. To add some spice to the trip we decided to start our vacations climbing Jebel Toubkal. Research through Internet brings me to Toubkal Trekking. I contacted Mustapha and carefully reviewed our options and planned for this trip. It was a long chain of emails that he responded to my entire satisfaction that allows us to have a 5 starts vacation in a wonderful landscape. Since we live at sea level, we added two days walking through Berbers villages surrounding Imlil, before our two days climb to Toubkal. It was the right decision for us, since the 4 achieved the summit without suffering any altitude's sickness symptoms (we saw several people in the refuge with mild to more severe symptoms). Our climbing group was formed by the guide Rdoune, the cook Ibrahim and his brother Lajhsim, two mules with no names, and the 4 members of my family (ages 18 to 54). The food was amazing all the time. The cook, the brother and the mules walk ahead of us to be ready when we arrive either to the lunch break or for passing the night. Accommodation was humble but clean and cozy. It is not a luxury vacation but a discovery one; genuine. Rdoune, the guide, is a dedicated professional that knows well the mountain and love his job. He was very supportive of our needs, understood our pace, adapted to our group, patiently taught me some Berber’s words, and took care of one of us after a minor accident in our way down. Regarding the trekking, I would say the two acclimatation days were very pleasant mountain walks (5 to 6 hours each day), while the 2 Toubkal climbing days were medium to hard. The hardness mainly for the distance walked, especially the last day. If you are in good shape, you will enjoy this trip. The landscapes and views will pay the effort. For a mountaineering this is a must to go place. I highly recommend Toubkal Trekking for those looking to climb the mountain. I will start saving again for a next trip to Morocco, thinking in visit the desert now.

Superb days trekking with an excellent guide company - Superb professionalism through and through . Our taxi driver Abdul was on time, helpful and was very informative. We drove from Marrakesh to the Atlas mountains stopping on route for photo opportunities along the hour and half route. Our trekking guide Ibrahim was a delight pointing out areas of interest and taking great care of our personal safety as underfoot was extremely icy. We had the best tagine for lunch and enjoyed tea with the local villagers. No pressure at all to purchase souvenirs which made a delightful chance. Would highly recommend this easy day trekking with Ibrahim and Abdul via Toubkal guide.

Highly recommended Imlil one day trekking - We had a fabulous day yesterday on the one day trekking excursion around Imlil. Our driver Abdul Latif was prompt, very friendly, interesting and knowledgeable. He was also a careful driver. Our trekking guide Mustapha was very experienced and great company as we walked together. It is so nice to meet open and intelligent tour guides who are proud of their country, sharing their history and customs, and taking an interest in tourists. Both guides are highly recommended. We enjoyed a very memorable day.

6 day Atlas mountain trek including Toubkal for a group of 12 - Toubkal Trekking provided an excellent experience for our group of 12. The area is spectacular and the selected route, campsites and hostels provided a brilliant way to experience the region. The hiking is challenging but achievable and the guides were experienced and knowledgable, their support during the trip was second to none and provided exactly the experience we were looking for. The guides also provided some insight and history to the local area and Berber people which was an ideal supplement to the trekking. The food was always fresh and tasty, and there was plenty of it! The company has been very understanding with dealing with the intricacies of making bookings through our company processes and we will definitely be looking to use Toubkal Trekking again in the future.

Magical, no more words needed - 5 days hiking in the atlas mountains, with as highlight climbing the Toubkal. We went to nicest spots in the mountains and visit really nice Berber villages! We had the coolest guide with us and they made really good food for us. I did many trekkings in Europe but this one was really magical and challenging.

GREAT 6-days hiking in Atlas Mountain - Amazing trip to the Atlas Mountain, 6 days of hiking including the Toubkal summit! We were a group of 7 people along with mule-riders, a chef and two local guides and the entire team was GREAT! Our guides Ibrahim and Hussein were very skilled and had a lot of knowledge about the Berber-villages, the routes, the culture. They were competent and made us feel safe, and they were also very fun to be around! The food we got during the entire trip was super nice, also for me as a vegetarian. I really recommend everyone to book their trip to Atlas Mountains with these guys, they took care of us 100% of the time!

Great experience in Atlas mountain! - I really recommend Toubkal Trekking! I did several excursions: trekking in Atlas mountain, horseback riding and mountainbike. Everything was well arranged! Our guides Mohammed and Ibrahim were brilliant with a perfect mix of guiding and just being friendly making the group experience great. Mustapha who made all the bookings is very service minded and flexible. I’m also very happy they could sort out good form me as I’m both an allergic and vegeterian. Thank you! I’ll be back 😊

Moroccan Trekking Magic - An amazingly beautiful trek experience with Toubkal Trekking! The villages are authentic and beautiful, the pathways easy to walk and the background of the high Atlas Mountains... breathtaking. The trek starts and finishes from Imlil, a village not far from Marrakech yet with the feel of being a world away. My guide, Mustafa, was incredibly knowledgeable, kept an easy pace and seemed to know everyone on the route, offering descriptions of village life and of the mountains. It was an exceptional day. Lunch was taken on the rooftop of a private residence. Fresh vegetable salad, homemade bread and tagine. The transfer time was approx. 90 minutes with a stop for tea. The vehicle - a new van with a very safe driver. Highly recommend this tour for nearly any fitness level. A chance to experience Moroccan village life, spectacular scenery and delicious food and be back in Marrakesh late afternoon. Loved very minute!

Great fun! - It was a fantastic experience! We loved everything about it: the landscapes, the insider's view of Berber culture, the camel ride, the mountain hiking, the food... oh, the tea and the food are on another level; we were blown away. We also had an extra experience when Mustapha arrived at the riad in a moto because cars couldn't pass. We were surprised and a little scared at first, but he drove very well and it turned out to be a fantastic experience of living in Marrakech style. Mustapha was very concerned about each and every member of the group, as well as very welcome to us.

Enjoyed it! Thank you - The sights on this excursion to atlas mountains were spectacular! We had the opportunity to visit a Berber community in the Atlas Mountains and eat a fantastic lunch while taking in the spectacular sights. The ride was pleasant, and Mustapha was really pleasant, going out of his way to ensure that the day trip was pleasant. I would strongly recommend it.
