historical centre - Good. The Polanco bus the translation guide was broken. Worth the money - Pretty easy to find. Can be long but great way to see the city. Buy per day as you have to wear a band on your wrist. Some buses the translation doesn't work. Historical Centre probably the best.

Good - Good. It would have been better if we started early. We started late at 2 pm . The audio on the first turibus we hopped in , first 2 right seats on the top level were not working . I’m glad I sat in a different area on the next hop and the audio was excellent. Thanks

Conditioner does not... - Conditioner does not work. Most of the windows blocked. Nobody speaks English and should not be advertised as bilingual. Radio in spanish to loud to hear English information in headset. To hear

From Zócalo to Polanco Durán 4 hours - It's disgusting, from socket to pole it takes 4 HOURS. Don't take it, better take capital bus, they are faster and more reliable, don't take it, it's the worst.

Just Don’t! - Terrible experience with this company and given no information. We lost over 3 hours waiting for buses and trying to get to our destinations. Route was changed without warning and we ended up having to Uber back to our hotel. The pink bus company had more people on board and now we know why.

Don’t use Turing’s! - The most horrible Experience I’ve had traveling more than 60 countries. Don’t do it. From the website to the bus to the staff there is nothing positive to write. Take a taxi, train, Iber, walk… anything but this

Terrible service - Don't use it. There is no way to solve any problem. We were denied service due to a ticket that was never delivered despite having the handles that the seller himself placed on us.

Not reliable at all - I only caught the bus one way to coyoacan and took Uber back. Waited for more than an hour at the designated bus stop on the app, but the bus never came. The bus stops are not marked at all and were not easy to find as well.

Avoid - Loud music, bad and confusing routes, long wait times, old information (GDP data from 2014). They give you a bracelet you need to wear and can't remove. We booked for two days and are stuck with that bracelet now for this time. In addition you need to show the receipt every time you get on the bus.

No Puedo Mas! - Where to begin .. oh my. We've taken hop on/hop off bus tours of many major cities around the world and loved them. This one was shameful. Safety was of no concern to this particular company. It rained, all the outside seats were wet and no one had a towel, so everyone crowded on the first level where we could see nothing because the windows were plastered with advertisements. The employees were outright rude and dictatorial: "You cannot go down the stairs while the bus is moving" ... BUT ... never once did we board without the doors immediately closing and the bus taking off, jerking and bouncing us around. The worst was when they later dropped us off at a designated bus spot dumping us right into an oncoming lane of traffic and cyclists. Having survived that, the routes are erratic at best and didn't follow any of their maps. We spent so much time sitting in traffic that we were unable to accomplish more than one or two stops per day (which is not the company's fault, granted). But those are just a few of the "highlights" from a miserable two-day pass on this tour of Mexico City.
