Disappointed with bus ride - Excellent Boat Tour Bus Tour was not worth it at all . Was very difficult to find which Bus was booked for us. Wasn’t Red Big Bus hop on hop off as I saw pictures when I booked. Was Green Bus only top seats , could not fully sit on hot plastic seats. Driver left us in the restaurant for lunch in Little Havana , soon after, we stop in Wynwood for 15min and then rushed back to starting location. Very disappointed

Pirate boat, not a yacht - Meeting point was easy to find, tour started on time and the staff were very nice however this was a pirate boat, and there is no mention of this in the description and the images did not match a pirate boat so was expecting a yacht as they have stated and shown. Would not have booked had I known this was a pirate boat as that is very tacky, not my style and the boat wasn’t in the best condition.

Suck - Terrible experience !!! Communication from booking is not clear. Was not able to experience the event due to lack of communication. No other options was presented but, for me to spend money again on another ticket and for me to come back to the event 2 hours later. I recommend purchasing tickets directly from event space in person. No hassle and no lying, everything is straight forward. I will never ever book from Viator again.

Seems like a scam, waiting for refund or will dispute charges - This was a disaster. No one knew what was going on at the marina. I had to walk for 45 minutes in 90 degree heat with my 75 year old father to go to ALL the different boats to figure out which was ours. And then someone thought it might be the themed pirate ship which is for kids. Which I definitely didn’t book. We waited in line (with no shade) at the pirate boat and by 11:30 none was on the boat, no crew. The boat looked like it might fit 10 people and there were 50 people in line. The only person who looked like he worked the ship didn’t help a single guest and sat on his phone the whole time. We had to leave because I thought we were going to either die in the heat or sink on the rickety wooden ship. So we left.

Delayed Phony Pirate Photo Op - Arrived 30 minutes late while the captain ate a pizza on board. Passengers were sweating in 100 degree weather. We had to paid an extra $20 for parking because of said lateness. The boat does not look like the advertised photos thus the reason for ticket price decrease. This boat isn't for baddies unless you are a baddie for skid Row. There were some mansions but the captain couldn't name them all. You were forced to take a picture that you would eventually pay for from a man with a cheap dreadlock and a pirate hat. And at the end of all that, you are encouraged to tip your captain.

I didn’t know I was going... - I didn’t know I was going on a pirate ship with hardly anywhere to sit. That is something that should have been mentioned. I have never had a bad experience using this service when I go out of town but my luck ran out with this one.
