Good way to get to know the fauna of the area - Incredible experience thanks to Gustavo our guide who knew how to tell us where to look and what we saw at all times. The path to the viewpoint is quite simple and suitable for all audiences. They provided you with binoculars so you could observe the birds well.

Excellent Bird Watching Tour! - An incredible bird watching tour for birders and novices, alike. There are so many birds in this region it’s unbelievable and our guide Tony can identify them all via sight and sound. At the midpoint of the tour you get to stop and have some coffee or chocolate at an incredible viewpoint where you can see for kilometers. You can just sit relax and watch the birds as they fly to you. We saw lots of toucans which was very fun. Also, the binoculars the tour provides are excellent. Highly recommend!

Rich variety of species with professional guide. - A great tour with a very knowledgeable guide through some beautiful terrain. Also, we were lucky on the day in seeing so many different species.

Minca birding - Had an amazing bird watching trip with Antonio Martin He is an ornithologist and biologist and is incredibly knowledgeable about the birds in the area. He was able to identify them by sound, find them and point them out which really added to the day Fidel was also really helpful and accommodating We had a fantastic day 10/10 We were picked up at Tayrona but it would be better to stay at Minca

Great tour, buy locally not online - Birdwatching is amazing, definitely one of the best things to do in Minca. Learn from us though, don't book through trip advisor, just get it directly from jungle joe at his office in minca, it's literally half the price of this online one!

Great introduction to bird watching - Recommended: our guide provided us with binoculars, and used a laser light to direct us towards birds. He also used an app to show us pictures and play calls to attract birds. With +/- 12-15 participants, it was a big group, was difficult to keep everyone together, and therefore some people missed some of the birds. A max of 6 (or 8) would be tons better. Great to receive a list of all birds (photos, details - Merlin app) immediately after.

Book this in person. - It was a fun experience! Our guide, Tony, was fantastic at spotting birds- without even using his binoculars! We saw many toucans which was my hope. It's a peaceful walk, and we stopped for coffee and hot chocolate. Although I WOULD NOT BOOK THIS ONLINE. It was double the price! So, though I enjoyed the experience, it was not worth the price I paid. It is S.75.000 in person. You can find them on the corner of Calle 2a and Carrera 5a (outside embassy bank) I feel like I got scammed using this website. Bummer.

Not a private tour! - You’re selling a private tour ( and the price is for a private tour) but in fact it was a group tour. Please update this website and price to avoid having to refund others and having more disappointed people like us.
