Excellent Tour with Zubi - Zubi was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We went on a clear day but large clouds covered most Mount Fuji, which we clearly know is a hit or miss since no one can control the weather. Highly recommend allocating extra time at Onishi Hakkai for food and shopping!! Loved the tour and our guide!

Amazing tour experience!!! - The best part of this trip was our amazing tour guide SIKII that made most memorable experience for my family and I! Guess work all taken out, van was very comfortable and clean. He delivered on all our request of what type of experience and things we wanted to see. He also made amazing suggestions and was right with us along the way capturing the moments for us. He knew all the best spots to see the most amazing views and pictures to take. He guided and help translate and help coordinate all the activities and even lunch. My family and I for sure will cherish the fun and beauty of Mt Fuji we experience on our vacation.

The tour was amazing, with excellent guide , Israr, and the Mt. Fuji and surroundings. - Very great tour and honestly went to almost every place near Mt. Fuji. I would highly recommend this tour. We would be back to this company for another trip around Japan. Now for the tour guide , Israr, he was very knowledgeable of the subject, he knew the history of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding area, excellent cameraman,  and gave best ideas for the trip according to our likes and dislike. He was very patient and understanding. Thank you!

Excellent Mount Fuji and Five Lakes trip - This was an excellent day trip out of Tokyo. USMAN was my guide. He is very knowledgeable about the various sites to see in this beautiful area, restaurants for lunch, and also, as a bonus, was a weather watcher who recommended an earlier departure than we had planned in order to be able to see the mountain free of clouds

Great experience - Was great to see mount fuji up close and to stop by the tourist stops by the mountain. Our driver Goraya was very accommodating to our schedule and pickup/dropoff requirements and let us choose where we wanted to go, giving us recommendations when we could not decide. Overall was a good experience which fulfilled what we were looking for which was a private tour of mt fuji with a customized schedule.

Not the tour you would expect - RizWan was a good driver- we give him ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️. Had a little problem finding the pick up location but we managed to walk to a spot where he picked us up. The 3 stars is for the advertised tour itself. We were a group of 3- all family members. When we signed up for the tour, we expected a driver/ tour guide- just like we had at other tour companies. The advertised activity should be very specific in indicating that this is a self tour and you are just being driven to the sites. We had minimal interaction with RizWan and we had to ask the questions to know what’s next. For the price we paid, we expected at least some knowledgeable information of the places we visited and interesting insights instead of simple sightseeing. I agree with one of the reviews that government accredited tour guides should be the way to go. There should be a standard especially if you will charge that much. Lesson learned…..in the future, we will not just base decision on the advertised tour description. We will make sure to pay attention to the reviews and explore other venues to book tours.

Pick a clear day -- at least you'll get some good views. - We had limited time in Tokyo and really wanted to see Mt. Fuji. The weather was poor and we knew going in that there was a chance that we would not get a good view of the mountain. That turned out to be the case. We tried a number of different spots, all to no avail. That failure was not attributable to the tour company. My problem with this tour was that it was offered in English with "guides ... [that] ... tell the history of Mount Fuji." While technically true that our driver spoke some English, communication was a struggle. With the lack of mountain views, the touring of the historical sites of the surrounding area became all the more important to enjoying the tour. Our driver showed little enthusiasm and provided extremely limited commentary. All in all, this was a very disappointing day.

Save the money. Hire a driver, or go on an actual tour. - First, I want to say that our “driver” , Shaki, was nice and punctual. However, I would t call him a guide. He drove us to locations but didn’t show us anything , relate any history or knowledge of the sites, or do anything that a “guide” would do. He drove us and sat in the car. We had to figure out everything on our own. Not know what traffic was like, we chose the 9 am start time. We should have chosen 7 am. Traffic took almost 3.5 hours to get out of the city and to Mt. Fuji. It was also not explained to us that the site locations we wanted to see closed at 4PM. We weren’t informed of that until after we left the first site. So we only got to see two of the sites on the list for this tour. It was offered at the end that we go get ice cream but we don’t eat ice cream so we asked to return to the hotel. So I would not recommend this tour or company. Hire a driver and save the money. If you want a guided tour, look somewhere else.

Shockingly awful. - We booked English speaking driver for the right amount of people with a child seat. The driver turned up with a child seat they later in the floor, didn’t strap down to anything and said if he strapped it to a seat there wouldn’t be enough room for all adults. He spoke in very broken English. It was so hard to have a conversation with him to finally understand what he wanted to do with the seats. So unsafe and against the law. It’s a 2hr plus drive to and from. We missed out on our tour and didn’t get to see Mt Fuji this trip :(

Don’t do this tour - This is a scam. Don’t book it if you don’t want to waste your time, money and effort. Our family only had three stops from the list, two of which we spent only 30 mins, and then the driver insisted on driving us back to the hotel. Complete waste of day that we could’ve spent somewhere else.
