The BEST experience! - This was by far the highlight of our trip. Chef Raymond was great. He shared lots of secrets to cooking, shared stories, and taught us all how to cook roux for gumbo and shrimp etouffee. After we all cooked and ate our food we had helped prepare, Chef made a banana foster for us which was delicious! This was probably the best meal we ate while we were in NOLA. We will definitely do another class on our next trip.

So glad we took this class! - My husband and I love to cook, and often attempt Cajun and creole food because we love visiting New Orleans. But we could never get a proper roux going, always too intimidated! The roux class with chef David was awesome, and we are much more confident now. We got some tips on knife skills, a great rundown of the history of the area, talked food-nerd stuff, and helped make (and eat) some fantastic dishes. We are so glad we decided to take the class and have been recommending to friends and family!

Fun night out. - My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It was a very causal night, like you were in someone's home for food and drinks, and our chef, David was the best. We laughed so much at his stories. He is a great storyteller as well as a great chef and the food was so delicious.
