Alex is the BEST TOUR GUIDE! - Alex was an amazing tour guide. He is SO knowledgeable and has a great, friendly personality. We were part of a large group, but he still managed to make sure we all saw the sights and learned about them.

Great! :) - Alex was super knowledgeable and made the ride fun! Would recommend doing the e-bikes for biking over the bridge.

MUST DO!! - This was a mother daughter trip and my daughters first bike tour experience. Alex was our guide, and he was exceptional! His knowledge of NYC and the surrounding area was fascinating (and I don't really love history). I'm over 50 and don't bike a lot but I do exercise regularly. I'd recommend an electric bike if you don't exercise much for an extra boost to keep up with everyone over the bridges. Riding over the bridges was definitely a highlight - and we had a great group of people, from thier 20's - late 50's or 60's, from all over the world to bike with. The only thing I'd have changed is making the tour longer and stopping to eat together. Thanks Unlimited Biking and Alex!!

Change of plans - I had booked the Lower Mahattan and Brooklyn Bridge tour, but the guide did not show up and many of the attendees were offered different options, I chose the Manhattan - Central Park tour, it was a 3hour ride, instead of 2 and it was fantastic. Bob was our guide and he managed to fill us up with interesting information, guide us safely and make the day very enjoyable. The tour and guide are highly recommended.

Nice bike tour - Nice bike tour that anyone who can cycle a little can keep up with. Sufficient stops and explanations about the sights along the way. Very nice to explore NYC in a different way.

Fun Ride through Brooklyn - The trip was a fun ride, however the check-in process was unorganized. Went with a group of 16 riders, which was too large for many of the streets we rode through. Plan on 2.5 hours for the ride instead of 2 that is in the guide.

Enjoyable but could be more informative - We had a pleasant time. The bikes were good and it was an easy way to see some of South Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn. Unfortunately we had anticipated a more informative tour, rather than just a guided cycle route. Information about the area and historic information was scant. As previously mentioned there are no toilets at the hire shop and we struggled to find any that were open at that time of day.
