Top experience! - Ian made our sailing trip unforgettable! We enjoyed stunning views of the NYC skyline & Statue of Liberty. He even helped me with my surprise proposal, making it extra special. Highly recommend for a memorable experience!

MUST DO TOUR!!! - What an AMAZING tour! If you can only take one tour in New York-pick this one!! Especially for days over 80*. You will not regret it one bit! I got some awesome photos you cannot get on foot or even on the ferry. It is so relaxing to be on the boat... Do this one!!! you cannot go wrong-and for the best picks, sit in the front! Just use a writ band for your phone so not to worry about that.

Excellent Views, Relaxing, Fun, and Ian is fantastic!! - My husband and I booked the 2.5 hour sailing trip with Ian back in 2019, and it was so great we wanted to bring our kids back and do it again. The views are amazing the entire time, it’s so relaxing to be out on the boat on a beautiful day, and both times we’ve booked, the small number of people that can fit on the boat allows you to connect with other people if you want, or you can go up on the front of the boat and relax and enjoy the views without talking to anyone. Ian is a great tour guide, knows so much about the local area and the history and all of the buildings, and he was also super patient with my ADHD 9yo boy asking him a million questions. Highly recommend booking this trip with Ian. We will likely make this a regular part of every NYC visit in the future!!

Don’t pass on this one! - Best value in Brooklyn! Ian was an amazing host for this 2+ hour sail with 6 maximum passengers. Honestly you don’t know what you are missing if you pass on this one.

Well worth the price paid! - Andrew showed us some of the best sights of the night. Despite the drizzle, we enjoyed the drinks and views of a darkening sky and cityline and took many good photos. Well worth the price paid and no regrets picking this over the heli tour!

To do absolutely - Unforgettable moment in New York Bay! We discover the Brooklyn marina, southern Manhattan, New Jersey and the different islands from an unusual angle. Incredible sensations in complete safety thanks to our captain Ian, who knows these places and answers all our questions. Recommended without fear of seasickness. Thank you Ian for this cruise

Family run sailing trip - Fantastic trip in a small family run sailing boat around the southern tip of Manhattan. Great value & avoid the crowds! If you like a quiet sail to see the sites we could not recommend this more highly. We were incredibly fortunate to have beautiful sunny day in May.

Special Engagement - This is truly the best NYC boating experience I could have hoped for. I proposed to my girlfriend while on this excursion. Our Favorite NYC Experience! - We did a mid-day group sail with Andrew and it was hands down our favorite experience of our entire trip (coming from one native NYer + non-native)! The perspectives and views from the water are just so unique and far more special from a sailboat than a ferry (as an admitted ferry lover). To see the Statue of Liberty and so much architecture close up was incredible. And, Andrew was lovely to chat with and very knowledgeable! I'll be recommending BK Sail to all my friends and can't wait to do it again!
