Service in the office - It’s all about the people. We had a great experience and excellent services with Lily’s employees. I must say that Quinny is the loveliest person to deal with. She is not only excellent providing services and advices but she is a wonderful person. Vietnam Holiday - We went for Vietnam Trip in the last week of April, 2024. We are grateful to Ms. Elena Bui from Lily's Travel Agency for arranging the trip from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City for 9 days. She is a humble person and represents the modesty and courteousness of Vietnamese culture. We travelled in group of 8 people including 2 kids. The tour was well organised and managed by professional guides selected by Lily's Travel. Ms. Lucy from Lily's Travel was very sweet and use to check everyday, if we are comfortable. She helped us with Indian Restaurants and small Tips, which was very useful. We had a very good time at the Train Street in Hanoi and the Café suggested by her. Lily Travel Agency organised our local tour for Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Trang, Hanoi, Danang, Marble Mountains, My Son Temple (of Champa Empire), Hoi An, Hue (Imperial Palace), Ho Chi Minh and Chu Chu Tunnels. They provided Private as well Group tour (including pick-up & drop from Airport) for us, which was perfectly organised. They use to send details of guides and bus travel in advance and make sure the bus is one time and we have boarded the bus comfortably. With regard to the Tours: All tours use to start at 8 or 8:30 am in the morning, so, one had to get up early, have breakfast and leave on time (the vehicle use to be on time). The day tour use to end around 8 pm. So, was very hectic but that is the case with all tour operators and packages in Vietnam. Early starts and long days can be tiring, especially with young children, and language barriers can pose challenges (locals and Bus drivers do not understand English). It is advised to use Google Translator. The heat in Danang and Hue is also something to be mindful of when planning future trips. Regarding the tour guides' approach to explaining the sites, there is a difference in expectation compared to experiences in India. Guides providing more detailed explanations during the tours and walk you around could enhance the experience. The way tourism in Vietnam is managed and is being promoted by skilled professional people like Lily's Travel is highly recommendable: 1. They were very prompt. 2. They were always a call away. 3. They use to revert on Whatsapp within 30 seconds. The Key Highlights of Lily's Travels are their promptness and accessibility, which are essential qualities in a tour operator.
