Dole Plantation / Haieiwa - This is a touristy excursion, so we didn't expect more. Not five star, but as good as advertised. Our driver was right on time, courteous and helpful. He pulled over safely when he spotted turtles in the surf. Dole Plantation was super tourist trap. People seemed to enjoy it. The train ride was the short wait.

Pineapple Fun - We loved the Dole Plantation train ride & gardens. The pineapple whip is great. We stopped at a coffee & macadamia stands. The only negative is the shuttle van is very rough and noisy but the driver was pleasant but no narration.

The ride was awful - Having more time at each of the stops compared to other tours was nice. The shuttle drive was absolutely horrible. The shuttle its self needs some maintenance repairs, especially the shocks and struts. It was the most awful ride I've ever been on and I wasn't the only person the felt that way. The roads in Hawaii are not the smoothest anyways but every little bump in the road you felt and was jolted around. My Mother who has some back issues was just about in tears by the time the drive was over. The driver himself was a nice guy but offered no assistants in helping handicap persons off and on the shuttle, which isn't his job, but all the other drivers of shuttle busses for other tours helped immensely with loading and unloading handicap people.

I was disappointed there wasn’t a commentary, the coffee at the coffee stop wasn’t great either. - There weren’t any. I was expecting a round island tour but we went and returned the same way. I would have been happier spending the day relaxing on a beach.

Not necessary. - The driver, Ramone was great. The Dole Plantation was beautiful and lush. The town of Haleiwa was a waste of time.

Terrible experience - Our trip didn't meet expectations due to a lack of time given at the Dole Plantation, which was further exacerbated by the driver not following the promised schedule, limiting our time there and causing us to rush through the experience. The driver then scolded us in front of everyone for being late back to the shuttle, despite the fact that we were still 20 minutes early for the two-hour mark. He also said one hour is enough time there for people. He emphasized the importance of punctuality, but then attempted to make up for the lost time by giving us some extra amount of time at the next stop. I booked this trip specifically to have more time at Dole and to share the experience with my family and grandkids. I had taken the circle tour before with 15 stops and knew the value of the longer stops and chose this one this time. I feel cheated out of time, we didn’t have a the second person who would be the one telling us what’s going on, just the driver.
