I was VERY happy with the conditions of the horses. They definitely treat them like members of the family. Our guides were also very knowledgeable and friendly. This has been one of the greatest experiences that I have had on a trail ride.

Christina and her daughter were wonderful guides. We enjoyed learning about the Redwoods throughout the ride. I also loved that they made a point to give the horses multiple rest periods on the incline. Too often, I've been on rides where the horses rarely get a rest break from hauling heavy people up a hillside/mountainside. You can tell the horses are well cared for. They also take the time to learn your name, understand your level of comfort with mounting and dismounting the horse, took photos of our family, and was conscientious of our safety, as well as the safety of their horses. Probably one of my favorite horseback riding experiences in my life.
