- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Alice and Francessco were wonderful! Food was AMAZING. Alice taught very well, she was very knowledgeable and communicated well. Both were very personable. If you are looking for an authentic Sicilian dining experience, want to learn Sicilian food, and enjoy meeting a wonderful Sicilian couple, you should do this!!

Traditional Sicilian food - Alice and her partner Francesco did a fantastic job and we really enjoyed the 2 evenings with them. Seasonal and natural cooking with old and traditional recipes is seldom to find and Alice and Francesco have specialized on that. We went twice and would have gone more often given the time. You find real tradition very seldom in our days. All the best to you both from Eva and Michael-back in Germany.

Best food ever!!! - Alice and franscesco were amazing hosts. They are both extremely likeable ppl and we had great conversations. The food was soooo good. I was raving about it to all of my friends. Book this cooking experience. You will not regret it

Wonderful experience wiith amazing people - Rosa is the kind of person you wish was your neighbour so you could pop by her for a chat and some delicious food in her cosy home every week. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of the time we had in her company, she is a great teacher and got us involved in the cooking from the start. Cooking some of her family recipes was great fun and we learnt so much. I will look back at our evening with her as one of the highlights of our vacation.

Home & Food in Palermo - Rosa was really amazing! She is a 5-star chef and made us feel like part of her family, even when we’re 5000+ miles away from our own family! Her place is beautiful and fun, just like her! She has a golden personality and her food that we got to learn how to make is spectacular! Thank you, Rosa!

Welcoming, Authentic, Engaging and Informative - We thoroughly enjoyed out time with Giovannna, in her lovely home. She was warm and welcoming, and we even were abel to meet her lovely daughters. She prepared a delicious four course meal and walked as through her preparations. My husband, who loves to cook, was able to cook along with her at various points. He loved that. It was a wonderful afternoon.

Gracious Family!!! - We thought when we signed up for this it was a cooking demonstration and dinner. They did a mini demo of an appetizer then sat for dinner. The dinner was amazing with tons of food and wonderful people, but I was disappointed because I thought she was going to show us food preparation. Her kitchen was very small and there wasn't any way she could do any kind of demonstration.
