- Porto City Hall - This is where we start the walking tour at the top of Aliados.
- Avenida Dos Aliados - We descend Aliados, Porto’s largest avenue.
- Livraria Lello - Known for its long queues, Livraria Lello is considered one of the most beautiful in the world. The entrance is paid and the waiting time extensive so we do not enter this space.
- Igreja do Carmo - Right next to the narrowest house in Porto, this church stands side by side with the Igreja dos Carmelitas.
- Edificio da Reitoria da Universidade do Porto - Porto’s university life is vibrant and we have plenty to share about urban legends, centenary cafes and strange rituals.
- Jardim de Joao Chagas - Commonly known as the Jardim da Cordoaria, this haunting garden is a special place to Porto’s inhabitants.
- Centro Portugues de Fotografia - The Portuguese Photography Centre is located in the former Porto prison and now houses a large part of the country’s photographic heritage. We will not go inside it during our tour.
- Torre dos Clerigos - Nasoni’s creation stands above everything else in the city and it’s probably Porto’s most photographed monument next to the bridge.
- Miradouro da Vitoria - Located in the old jewish quarters, the Vitória viewpoint has one of the most beautiful views to the city.
- Rua das Flores - One of Porto’s most charismatic streets, Rua das Flores was once known for its jewellery shops.
- Sao Bento Railway Station - One of the most beautiful train stations in the world.
- Porto Cathedral (Se Catedral) - The place where Porto begun to exist, at the top of Morro da Pena Ventosa, the cathedral holds many stories and anecdotes to share. We will not go inside the cathedral.
