Great experience - My only complaint is that it was hard to locate the meeting place for the transportation. You have to go thru the terminal and cross the taxi lane and meet in front of the Royal Shopping Center, The beach was nice. The food was good. My grands had a blast in the pool. Lots of seaweed in the ocean that day.

Nice Last Minute Choice - We made a last minute decision to get off the boat & go I to Cozumel. We asked at the taxi stand where to go & they recommended 3 or 4 beach clubs. We decided on this all-inclusive club. The beach we nice. Our package (about $165 for 2) included 2 beach chairs & an umbrella. The beach was clean & the water was pretty good. There was a point where you could feel seaweed on the bottom, but nothing the club can control. We also spent time in two of the pools. Neither oool was anything special, but they were clean & the water was cool. The lunch buffet was decent & the drinks were no joke. I had 3 1/2 drinks in 4 hours & they hit me hard!

Nice enough but some staff need customer service training - Pre booked a day for 4 adults and a under 2 which docked in Cozumel. Easy taxi ride away from the port. The place is beautiful and we bought the top package so have everything included including the cabana-we paid additional for that. Because all was included and we paid in advance we only took small cash for souvenirs as most places now are contactless. On arrival we were given our purple wristbands and directed to the place to get towels, snorkels and our cabana. This is where it started to go wrong. Despite paying upfront over £400 we were now told we needed a deposit for everything including the cabanas and it had to be cash the deposits were also ridiculously high, $60 for 2 cabanas. Now because we had paid and nowhere did it mention deposits we did not have enough cash for deposits for snorkels, cabanas, towels etc. after a heated discussion with the attendant we were finally allowed to leave ALL the cash we had bar $3 plus our state ID to be able to enjoy our day. We also had to request 3 times for the snorkels to be given over an hour despite being told they would be at the cabanas for us. This took way too long to sort out and it should be advertised that deposits are needed. The towels were awful and 2 ripped just by my 18 month old crawling on them so highly recommend taking your own. The cabanas were nice and the kids area great. Undersea myan runins were nothing special unfortunately, but the water 'park' was good. Plenty of shaded seats by the kids area and a dipping pool with seats so that was great. Good selection of food and drinks were good. Try their own lemonade, amazing! It was worth going however the attendant left a sour taste in our mouths. On visiting again we would just get the basics package and save the hassle of dealing with her and then pay for the drinks and food.

Disappointing Visit - Booked the Beach Break excursion including drinks and food for our group of 6 - 4 adults, 2 children. We picked it as they had outstanding children's pools and slides etc. Imagine our surprise to find out that the entire children's side of the park was CLOSED !! Absolutely ridiculous that we weren't make aware of it before we arrived and they would not give us any refund at all !! We did book two casitas which was very nice, drinks and food were fine but beach was not clean or clear.

It's a no go - We have visited Cozumel innumerable times for diving; however, this time we were on a cruise with family and just booked a "beach break" to Playa Mia. What a mistake. Our transfer amounted to a cramped school bus that had been painted bright colors. Entering Playa Mia was through a small strip mall sort of situation of typical tourist shops. The beach needs a major clean up and the crystal clear water that Cozumel is known for is well beyond the area where water toys are placed. We had an included (but inedible) lunch, although the included drinks were fine.

Dark brown ocean water, no umbrellas. - Pros: Great play area for littles and pool. The pools and splash area was wonderful and toddlers will love it. Cons: Nastiest ocean water I've ever seen. The beach was clean and park is well kept. I have never seen ocean water so polluted and dirty that you can't swim. dark brown water, gross. Also, no umbrellas on the beach. I don't recommend this place because of the condition of the ocean here. Worst beach I've ever been to.

Would not recommend the place to nobody, we should get a refund since it was so bad. We were there only for 2 1/2 hrs . Should receive a refund. Thank you Raul Cruz
