Highly recommended!!! - We did the 3-day/2-night tour to the summit, crater, lake and hot springs. The tour and organization was fantastic! Everything has really been thought of, everything is ready for you when you arrive somewhere. Our Guide (Supi) was a real winner, speaks good English, really takes you into nature and up the mountain. Has a lot of knowledge and experience and is also super friendly! In addition, everything has been arranged for you: from the overnight stay for climbing Mount Rinjani to the transport to your next destination after Rinjani! You can also shower after climbing (which is very nice!!). All in all, I wouldn't have wanted any other organization, and I highly recommend Syam trekker!!!

Amazing service and guide, highly recommended! - Syam Trekker's service way surpass our expectations! Our guide Amin was funny and very kind, gave me a helping hand all the way to the summit. Food was also extremely tasty and nutritious. Tent was and sleeping bag was also of good quality. Very pleased, highly recommended!!

Best experience we’ve had! - I was recommended Syam Trekker by a friend of mine because she was so happy with the organisation. I can only agree with her, we did the 2D1N trek and it was such a nice experience. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Syam and his family, they were so friendly to us. We had the best stay and food there! The day after we started the trek, our guide Awal took care of us. He pulled us through the hike and was super friendly and helpful! We shared a lot of stories during the hike. The porters made the best food and made sure we had a good sleep in the tents. We really had the best time, thank you so much Awal, porters, Syam and family for everything! I can only recommend you! :-)

Amazing crew/team that gives a lot of information, answers all your questions, very friendly, always laughing, … they were super good prepared (concerning food, drinks, snacks, camping gear, …). Fantastic experience ! - Hiking Mount Rinjani with Syam Trekker was a fantastic and once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our guide, Ari and porters were really professional, helpful and encouraged us throughout the whole hike. Food was great and they also adapted to a different track we decided to do. I definitely recommend this agency from which I already had heard great reviews.

An experience I will always remember - amazing - This trek was truly amazing thanks to Syam Trekker, his beautiful wife ReShe and their wonderful team. We were so well looked after from arrival at Senegal to our departure at the boats. A family business that will welcome you into their home and community as part of the experience. I highly recommend this trek for so many reasons; - Day before the trek; ReShe took us for a walk to the Senegan Waterfalls. She showed us the local culture and chatted about the area and her community. - Night before the trek we were all welcomed into their home for the most gorgeous dinner ReShe cooked. This was an absolutely wonderful night. - Trek- the walk is challenging but so worth it. Our guide Awal was patient and kind with us and adapted the trek to suit our needs, going as fast or for us slow as we needed. The porters were amazing, the food they cooked was fabulous, as good as you’ll get in a local restaurant. I still don’t know how they carried it all - treats included lemon or ginger tea and, omg pop corn! They also cooked a surprise treat I won’t spoil for you by sharing. - A highlight for us was the emphasis this company put on caring for the environment and their community. Our guide and porters collected rubbish on the way down adding to their weight but leaving to rest stops clean of other peoples plastic and mess. Respect for Syam Trekker and his team. - Another highlight is ReShe and her recycling project. Chat with her about her work with the local children collecting rubbish to fill the plastic water bottles so they can be used as bricks to build garden walls. You will love your trek if you choose Syam Trekker and you will take away awesome memories that make the trip. 😊

Hiking Crater rim Senaru - I decided spontaneously t5o choose Syam Trekker - and I am absolutely thrilled with their service. The guide Anto, who led the whole troupe, did a great job with his other guides and porters. We were always perfectly taken care of and nothing was missing. Awesome experience Rinjani trek - We are (6 of us) hiked Mount Rinjani to crater rim Senaru last week. It was a once in a lifetime experience we will never forget. Our 5 porters and a guide Jar took great care of us throughout the 2 days trip, making sure we were alright and safe. Just remembering you "Do'nt forget to bring your trekking poles and good jacket" very cold up there. Thank you for the awesome experience!
