Are you prepared for a novel culinary journey? This isn’t Chianti or Montalcino, this is Irpinia. It’s important to note there’s a distinction between an ordinary driver and a driver who is also a sommelier. We offer the opportunity to explore vineyards, interact with nature, smell the distinct aroma of wine maturing in an oak barrel, and savour wines amidst the vineyards. Savor the experience by visiting a winery and sampling the finest DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita) status wines: Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, and Taurasi. After the wine tasting session, we move on to a cheese factory, which feels like a true farm. Remember, there will be ricotta and caciocavallo cheese awaiting us! Our last stop is a salami factory to observe live production. And remember, the best Prosciutto from Campania hails from Irpinia.
