Creepy fun - Really loved learning the history and getting the names of known spirits. It was very creepy, and super fun!

TIE is a MUST for anyone in Savannah! - Truth in Evidence (TIE)… what to say? I recently moved to Savannah in late 2022, but had visited many times before. During each visit, as well as for the first few months of living here, I’d go on a different tour to learn about this fascinating city. Many of the tour companies are VERY cliché and play on embellishing stories until they are borderline inaccurate. Not TIE. It’s even in their name… they base their information on the EVIDENCE they grave garnered through years of research and discovery. You’ll find no silly themed actors on their tours or kitschy stories told in a way that you feel you’re on a bad public access channels dramatization of a history lesson. Nope. You get real people talking to you like a real person… like a friend who has come into town to visit and they are simply talking TO you, not AT you like an over rehearsed speech. While I do enjoy a well themed tour sometimes, I’d much rather prefer the style in which TIE operates… and THAT is just going on about the tour part of their organization! They go above and beyond many others by allowing you to actually BECOME AN INVESTIGATOR TOO!! We’ve all seen the crazy ghost shows with people looking for evidence on paranormal activity and think, “I could do that!” or “There’s no way that can happen!” Well, TIE has the equipment for you to use to find out just what it takes to BE a paranormal investigator! It’s always a super fun time! Don’t get me wrong, not every person will capture some evidence all the time, but the experience is what really outshines the other tours you could go on. Even if you don’t see a ghost/apparition/whatever, it’s the getting involved and meeting new people that really creates beloved memories for me. Even if you don’t think you captured anything, the professionals at TIE still review all the audio and video evidence and sometimes find what you missed. It’s really amazing. I know… I just realized that I sound like a fanboy going off here, but I seriously can not recommend TIE enough! They are the FIRST tour company I recommend to people wanting a little more than the touristy groups you find everywhere. I have been on all of the tours they offer and each one is well worth it. In my opinion, the best overall experience is the Savannah Theater, followed closely by the Moon River Brewing Co. If you’re ever in the mood for a tour, try either of those and you won’t be disappointed. Again, you may not have a personal paranormal experience, but just getting to have the opportunity to have one is well worth it. Oh… and they also have an amazing store! I swear I don’t work for these people! LOL Their shop is filled with items you would expect to see wrapped around the paranormal. They even have some equipment you can buy to try hunting on your own! Ok… I’ll stop now. Just check these folks out and they will definitely make your time in Savannah worth it.

Amazing !!!! - Throughly an awesome experience, staff were amazing very informative and helpful. We heard way more voices than we expected to and felt we were able to interact with some of those souls that still reside at the theater.

11/10 - This was such a fun experience. Not only did we see a lot of undeniably paranormal activity, but we learned a lot of interesting history about the city. The staff was also very helpful and informative.

Absolutely amazing experience - The mirror room for us had the most energy by far!! The investigators were incredible, took care of everyone and made you feel extremely comfortable in such a haunted place. They were so detailed and amazing at telling the history and stories that have happened over the years it’s been open. My friends and I had an absolute blast and would definitely be doing this again! Couldn’t recommend this more!

Great interaction with the spirits. - Great experience. Mica, Courtney and the team provided excellent history on the theater. We were told all the best places to have interactions. We had several experiences. So glad we did the tour.

Glad we went! - Saw a little boy (Benjamin?) peak out of the curtain. Interaction with Ms Lizzy. Micah was awesome and his partner (don’t remember her name) was wonderful!

Tons of activity! Spirits... - Tons of activity! Spirits are very talkative and hosts are friendly. Nice range or equipment provided.

An amazing paranormal experience - My husband and I had an amazing Experience!!! We love ghost tours but this was on another level…. Kat and John were amazing guides! They were so knowledgeable about the Theater and about who still resides inside. We were given different devices to help detect who is still inside and we heard a lot of things that are unexplainable. This was so incredible and we would do it again and look forward to booking their tour at the Moon River Brewery location!!!!

You should absolutely do it - Did the tour with Cat and John and it was really cool. Having access to all the paranormal equipment was a treat. The theatre is super freaky and DEFINITELY haunted. Had a great time.
