More refined than a bar hop and more spirited than a heritage tour! Over the course of three relaxed hours, you’ll gather some historical knowledge and local beverages as you amble through Savannah’s iconic Historic District. In contrast with a raucous bar hop, your drinks are pre-paid and selected to showcase the most unique favourites that have appeared and disappeared over the city’s rich 285-year past. Revel like it’s the last year of the 1700s with a goblet of Madeira wine (accompanied by a cheeseboard) at Jazz’d Tapas Bar, followed by tasting six distinct meads (and even a wider selection of honeys) at Savannah Bee Company. Post-mead, it’s time for a refreshing mint julep at the 17Hundred90 Inn & Restaurant. Conclude with a flourish- a glass of Chatham Artillery Punch at the Pirate’s House! Allow a local host to help you intimately encounter Savannah’s charming venues, delectable alcoholic treats, and fascinating history.
