This was really a... - This was really a fabulous experience in Seville. Antonio was a perfect host/chef/guide. The information that he provided while preparing the paella was excellent. The food, drink and ambience was truly memorable. The prep area for the demonstration was well organized - everyone had a great view of what he was doing at all times. Eating out on the terrace was fantastic- great views and paella was excellent. Highly recommend this tour

Unprofessional - The experience was cancelled by the operators the day before the reserved date. The trip had been reserved a month prior. They initially asked if we could change our date to the day before or the day after our reserved date. We couldn’t accommodate due to our scheduling. They said they had no choice but to cancel due to a problem in their kitchen. How do you anticipate to have a problem in the kitchen on Tuesday but no problems in the kitchen on Monday and Wednesday? We were looking forward to this experience and are upset with how unprofessional the operators were at letting us know last minute. We also believe that the reasoning doesn’t make sense and they weren’t very truthful with the reason for cancellation. Make sure you have backup plans when booking this experience as you never know if they will cancel on you 24 hours before!

Our worst experience in Seville - We booked for a group and it was the worst experience we have had during our stay in Seville, the place was infected with cockroaches that looked like lions, Antonio tried to apologize, but the place itself was very dirty, The views from the terrace are fine but Nothing out of this world either, the paella: its ingredients were frozen and had no flavor, and the sangria seemed like it was syrup from a pharmacy. I would never recommend this place, it was a disaster.
