Unmissable - It is essential to tour the caves accompanied by one of the authorized local boats. We used the services of Gaspare - Blu Moon boat - and we had a very good time. The tour lasts about 3 hours and in addition to visiting the caves there is the possibility of making 4 stops for swimming in unique waters (I didn't believe the colors of Cala Bianca could exist!). Cost 30 euros per person.

PHOTONIC EXPERIENCE - We purchased an excursion to Marettimo from Egadi Discovery in Favignana. Gaia and Filippo, the guys who managed our booking, were very kind, professional and available to accommodate our requests. There were 9 of us and they reserved a boat all for us driven by the "driver" GASPARE, an exceptional person: very nice, fun, cheerful, available with whom a wonderful feeling was born immediately. It was an added value to the excursion which was already spectacular in itself due to the beauty of the sea and the suggestion of the caves in some of which we had dream baths. An unforgettable, amazing day that ended with a friendly drink with Gaspare in a bar in the centre. If you are on holiday in the Egadi Islands it would be crazy not to do this excursion... but ask to get on Gaspare's boat ;o)

With Gaspare and his Blue Moon it's different!! - Thanks to my son who had already done it, we contacted Gaspare to tour the island and visit the caves. It was a wonderful experience! Only us and another couple, while crowds of tourists boarded the other boats. Furthermore, Gaspare is very empathetic, always smiling, ready for our every need. Long baths without looking at the time. No queues to visit the caves because we did the tour in reverse, precisely for that reason. Overall, an excellent experience and a truly competitive price. Highly recommended. Little advertising around but a lot of substance. Seeing is believing.

Marettimo, the sea and the mountains. - With whoever you decide to go around the island by boat (there are many who offer the service) you will be enchanted by Marettimo, by the many caves and inlets and, in general, by the breathtaking panorama of the mountains, seen from the sea, which make this isolates a unicum. Prices are affordable (on average 30/35 euros each) for a four-hour unforgettable tour. Recommended to do.
