Embark on a journey of discovery on Korčula, one of the Adriatic’s most stunning islands. We kick off our trip at a vista point in Korčula for some photo opportunities. Our first stop will be at the renowned vineyards in Lumbarda, noted for their Grk wine. The origin of the name Grk remains a mystery; it might either refer to its sharp taste or to the ancient Greeks who planted their own grape varieties when they colonized Lumbarda in the third and fourth centuries BC. Here, you’ll have the chance to sample Grk at a local winery. We then traverse through the island’s heartland, crossing through the villages of Žrnovo and Pupnat en route to Pupnatska Luka (Pupnat Bay). The expedition carries on towards Čara and Smokvica, where more vineyards await your exploration. Post our vineyard tour, you’ll get to savor Pošip and a range of other wines. As we return to Korčula, we’ll journey along the island’s northwest coastline, pausing at several magnificent viewpoints.
