A truly friendly and knowledgeable guide that we’d recommend to anyone. - Everything we saw and visited on the tour was amazing but the highlight was our driver and guide Wayan - he made it so special. He was really great! His knowledge of every place was brilliant and he shared so much helpful and insightful information with us about the culture and local life. There was no time pressure on any visits and he was on hand to give any information we needed. He is knowledgeable on all cultural aspects of the places we visited and has a lovely sense of humour. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wayan to anyone wanting to see more of Bali and feel like you’re getting a true local guide.

Amazing tour, and tour guide. Great for first time visitors - I typically refrain from writing reviews unless I'm genuinely moved by the service provided and believe it could be helpful to others in the future. On my inaugural visit to Bali, to celebrate my wife's birthday, I sought to immerse myself in the local culture while also indulging in some enjoyment. Our guide, Wayan, made this aspiration a reality. Wayan's punctuality was commendable, arriving 30 minutes ahead of schedule and informing us of his presence outside our villa, allowing us to join him at our convenience. From our initial exchanges, it was evident that we were in for an enriching 9-hour tour. Throughout our journey, Wayan and I engaged in heartfelt conversations spanning topics from life and family to cultural nuances. His demeanor fostered an immediate sense of comfort as if we were old acquaintances reconnecting. Eager to learn about Bali and its rich cultural tapestry, I posed numerous questions, to which Wayan responded with amazing insights. In turn, he expressed interest in my Caribbean and African heritage and my homeland, England. Our itinerary included a brief visit to a silver and goldsmith's workshop, where we observed artisans crafting bespoke silver jewellery. Upon reaching the Puseh Batuan Temple, Wayan expertly explained its customs, craftsmanship, and architectural splendour, ensuring we captured cherished moments through photographs. Our journey continued to the Tegenungan Waterfall, where Wayan provided informative commentary while guiding us toward the cascading waters. Afterwards, he graciously allowed us time to savour the natural beauty independently before proceeding. We ventured to a rice plantation and a coffee estate, where we learned about the intricate processes involved in producing Kopi Luwak, a unique coffee derived from beans digested by civet cats. Wrapping up our excursion at a bustling night street market, we relished local delicacies alongside Wayan, immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere. Wayan's demeanor, characterised by ease, eloquence, and profound insight, exemplifies the standard of excellence upheld by his company. Such qualities are invaluable, particularly during a tour of such duration. Thank you, Wayan. Until we meet again, brother.

Magical day! - This excursion includes a wide range of activities that can be enjoyed in different ways depending on age, level of fitness (or not), and interests. We loved that our guide, Nyoman, was flexible in terms of how much time we spent at each venue. We had already visited the included temple on a previous visit to Bali, so he was willing to accommodate our request for a replacement instead. The waterfall was spectacular. We loved the coffee and tea tasting and meeting the “cats” that produce “catpoochino.” We ate dinner in a more intimate restaurant that was better suited to my mobility impairment, and then enjoyed dessert at the night market. What made this experience unique for us was our guide, Nyoman. We appreciated his knowledge, humor, and welcoming personality, and look forward to hiring him again on future visits to Bali.

Once in a lifetime trip! - This was our first trip in Bali and this tour was our first tour of the trip. We had an amazing time with our tour guide Nyoman. He showed us the sights and gave us an opportunity to try delicious local food at the night market. Because of his excellent service on this tour, we ended up hiring him for two additional days in our time in Bali. The country is beautiful and the food is full of flavor. Overall, a great trip and a great time with our tour guide.

Amazing experience with local Balinese cuisine - We had an awesome 3 days with Nyoman. We were looking for an authentic culinary experience with local Balinese foods, and we got exactly that and more. Nyoman took us to the Gianyar night market. After proving that we don't shy away from the more flavorful varieties of street foods (and lots of Sambal), Nyoman took us to a variety of Warungs that are further away from the touristy spots. Highlights included Warung Mang Indro, Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi, and Warung Kembar Sate Babi. What some warungs might lack in decor or vista points, they more than make up for by the explosion of flavors and the amazingly low prices. Nyoman was instrumental in helping us decipher menu items, recommend what to order, and communicate with the staff. His easy-going personality and happy demeanor made this trip a truly memorable and enjoyable trip. This needs to be a food tour for adventurous visitors wanting a taste for the local Balinese cuisine.

Best tour ever 🌞 - I'm usually not in the habit of writing reviews of hotels, restaurants or events. But the tour in Bali my friend Leo and I had yesterday really deserves some special attention. We went on an 8 hour tour with on the Indonesian paradise island of Bali. Our tour guide Putu picked us up at our hotel, the excellent Hilton Bali Resort, and took us on what turned out to be one of the best sightseeing tours ever. We went to see a Hindu temple where we learned about the culture and religious habits; an impressive waterfall and its awesome surroundings; a cool and coffee production site with exciting coffee tasting; a steep-hill rice plantation and an authentic street market which increased our understanding of the locals. Putu our guide had personal skills and concerns as a tour guide. Thanks to him, the sites and sights became alive and rewarding in a way that few other guides could have done. We are very grateful for the good fortune that put us in contact with Putu and his firm. Thanks to them we will leave Bali with knowledge, happiness and respect for the Balinese culture. /Linn Åkergren & Leo de Bruin Sweden
