Worth the $ - Maribeth was great, great for the adults and kids. It was well worth the money to have a personalized guide otherwise we would have missed many many details and facts that she pointed out.

Excellent Small Group Walking Tour! - We absolutely loved this small walking tour of the mall. Plus, it included the Washington monument. So convenient! We finished the tour at the monument and went right to the top. Brenda, our guide, was an amazing fountain of knowledge! Plus she knew where to take the best pictures and took them for us! We really enjoyed her and would sign up for another tour with her!

Worth It - This was the perfect activity for my family while we were in the DC area for a wedding. Just being able to go up into the Washington Monument makes it worth it, seeing as those tickets apparently sell out like 6 months in advance. Amanda was our tour guide and she was absolutely perfect. We have a very talkative/inquisitive 13-year-old and Amanda was very patient, answering every. single. question. Honestly I have zero notes in terms of what could be improved. We learned a lot, it was a beautiful day, and we had an incredible time.

Wonderful and perfect! - Wonderful! And the best part is that they include tickets to take you and anyone else in the group up the Washington monument which gets sold out super fast. It’s a first come first serve situation. So it’s wonderful knowing you’re guaranteed tickets up there with your purchase. Our guide Maribeth was so informative and went above and beyond! Can’t wait to do this in the future with my other kids.

History along the National Mall - We had an enjoyable tour with Richard! We met promptly at Lafayette Square, saw the White House and other landmark buildings, while making our way around the National Mall. Richard included many nuggets along the way, including the dam system to keep the White House from being flooded, organizations that throw fun parties, historical stories, and more. I appreciated Richard pointing out the place where MLK Jr. delivered his "I Have a Dream" speech and the connection to Marian Anderson. The soldiers at the Korean War memorial were stunning, as well as the stories from veterans Richard had worked with. We likely covered at least 3 miles, so be prepared to walk. There are restrooms along the way. The memorials are also dog friendly, even the Lincoln Memorial, so if you have a well-behaved canine, bring along! Great tour to see many key monuments and can be adapted if group is small enough/enough time. Highly recommend!

Mall walking - Maribeth was very knowledgeable, personable and fun. A great walking experience. We started at Lafeyette Park and finished at the Korean War Memorial. There was plenty of time to take photos and explore. We were able to ask numerous questions along the way.
