Led by a local host who is a fifth-generation Matcha tea farmer, our guests can immerse themselves in 800 years of Matcha-making history. You’ll have the opportunity to create your own Matcha, tour local Matcha farms, be welcomed into a traditional Japanese-style home, learn the art of making Tempura, and take part in a Matcha tasting. Not only will you gain extensive knowledge about Matcha, but you’ll also experience its aroma, flavor, and even take home some of the finest Matcha from a farm once owned by the Imperial Family.
