Accommodations for 12 nights with daily breakfasts are provided
- IMPORTANT: Passport name, number, nationality and date of birth are required at the time of booking for all participants
- A current valid passport will be required to cross the international border with Chile. Please, keep your passport handy
- Hotel accommodation categories are based on service and comfort standards, not star ratings
- Transport services between cities (Calafate-Puerto Natales, Puerto Natales-Punta Arenas & Punta Arenas-Ushuaia) will be on local buses
- Transport between bus stations and hotels are not included. Taxis cost roughly $7 USD. It’s the traveler’s responsibility to arrive in time to the bus station as per our indications
- All special requirements must be advised at the time of booking. Extra tours and extra nights can be added to the original itinerary when requested in advance
- This seasonal tour operates from October to April

Incredible adventure - This was an amazing experience. The itinerary was fantastic and includes some incredible experiences in Patagonia. It is a good mix of free time and organised tours. I would highly recommend this trip.

Great Agency to Arrange Argentina Experience - After researching independent travel, I worked with Say Hueque Agency to put together a customized 12 day tour of Buenos Aries, Ushuaia, El Calafate, and Iguazu. I was very happy with the professionalism and courtesy offered by Karen Rosa in the planning and booking process and Cecilia Martire while I was in Argentina. I felt comfortable with all the tour operators and transportation companies that provided services that were exactly as I expected. Everyone was polite and helpful while eagerly sharing their knowledge and pride of their city or region. Argentina has so much to offer and I am happy that I have great memories of the nature, architecture and people of an awesome country.

Recommendable travel agent! - I chose Say Hueque to organize me a tour of Patagonia and it was a very good choice! The program (developed by Say Hueque, I did only one amendment - I added one day in El Chalten) contained the most interesting places of Patagonia, the most worth seeing. Everything was perfectly organized, everything took place at the time Say Hueque gave me, everything lasted as much as Say Hueque gave me, all the trips took place according to the schedule. The hotels were clean, warm, met the expected standard, the staff very friendly and helpful. Buses are also comfortable and clean. My trip lasted 14 days and there was not a single organizational slip at all times. Before the trip, I got all the information and details about the trip, including an emergency phone number to Say Hueque.
It's a very professional travel agent and recommendable to everyone!!! I am planning to visit South America more in the future and I will certainly do it with Say Hueque.

Total satisfaction! - From start to finish we received an absolutely top class service from Say Hueque - and Lujan, in particular. This was the first time we had ever used the services of a tour operator and, based on our experience with Say Hueque, we would happily do the same again. Lujan was patience itself, responding to our endless queries ahead of our booking with great professionalism and consideration. We also hugely appreciated the opportunity to tailor the 13 day trip to our own particular needs such that we were able to exchange the days earmarked for Buenos Aires with days in Chubuk Province and a visit to Gaiman and to Peninsular Valdes, both utterly fascinating destinations and highly recommended.
The hotels were all clean and comfortable and all were within easy reach of the town centres which made exploration strolls and going out for meals really easy.
The tour operators selected by Say Hueque at each stage of the trip were as friendly and as professional in the delivery of their services as Say Hueque themselves. The groups were small and the attention to detail - and the willingness of the guides to always go that extra distance by responding to all queries - was outstanding and very much appreciated.
We absolutely and without hesitation recommend Say Hueque to anyone else wanting to visit the many natural splendours of Argentina, a fabulous destination that we would very much like to return to again - to visit the eastern and northern parts of the country. We will then certainly enlist the services of Say Hueque again!

Salaun quality of air transportQ - SALAUN tour from the Altiplano to Patagonia
Local tour operator AMAHUACA ARGENTINA perfect in carrying out the circuit: quality of French-speaking guides, quality of sites and accommodation. Domestic flights on comfortable regular lines.
On the other hand, Salaun and its local representative Roussel Voyages were completely defective in terms of the transfer from Paris to Buenos Aires via Madrid. 13 hours of flight with Air Europa low cost company which offers over 13 hours of travel a mini meal tray (non-airtight dish) pasta covered with aluminum foil, a piece of bread, a plate of butter, a chocolate brownie and a liquid cup. Breakfast a partially filled cup with coffee without any other accompaniments.
The commercial proposal established with the local agency mentions a regular IBERIA type company, therefore non-compliance with contractual commitments. I contacted the local agency who should inquire with Salaun. I will update my comment based on upcoming events.
(Service for 2 people 13,000 euros we could at least obtain a regular flight, we have never suffered this kind of inconvenience during much less expensive trips)

Travel agent priced on this package way too much - 13 days, there’re many days, transfer hotel to bus station, meeting point on your own, meaning need to pay from what you had paid advance. Hotels are small and cheap. Not worth it at all. There’re many improvements those travel agents need to put effort.

Not worth - This 13-day package, there’re about 6 days on your own or the travel agent arranged you on local bus from city to city, no pick up from accommodation and bus stop, all on your own expenses. If you are on transfer from city to city and that count one day of package. Accommodations on this package were cheap arranged, no starts hotel, far from the “town”. Very inconvenient.
I will not recommend any tours, packages that offer/arrange by Say Hueque travel agent based in Buenos Aires Argentina,
