Best trekking company in Nepal - This trip was absolutely amazing! Nepal Hiking Team planned everything out from start to finish and everything went so smoothly. The hike itself was a blast, my guide Thakal was an awesome companion and is really knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He was able to adapt the trip based on my needs and hiking speed and as a result the trip the best it could possibly be. Would 100% recommend booking with this company (and get Thakal as your guide!)

Stop searching for trekking companies & book with Nepal Hiking Team! - I was wanting to do one of the Anna Purna hikes & was overwhelmed by the amount of trekking companies / who to choose. After reading other reviews I booked with Nepal Hiking Team & am so glad I did! even from before booking the trek they were incredibly helpful and responsive. EVERYTHING is taken care of for you, from before you land in Kathmandu to when you leave, and they are incredibly flexible and accommodating. The company is Nepalese owned and have a great culture amongst them, all the way through from the owner (who even took the time to meet me at my hotel on the first day) all the way through to the guides and porters.
The trek itself was one of the best experiences of my life, and I’d highly recommend to anyone. I did it solo & was incredibly well taken care of my guide Bibek, who was always checking in on how I was doing & if I had everything I needed, explaining each day what our day / the next day would look like, and ensuring our pace was comfortable for me, as well as giving me some great insight into the Nepalese life and the mountains. Also incredibly grateful to my porter Shankar, without whom I definitely wouldn’t have made it up the mountain! I will forever remember the times together in the beautiful Himalayas, and playing Nepalese card games in the evening after a long day trekking together, so thank you both! Waking up to a completely clear sky and seeing the view of all the mountains at Anna Purna Basecamp all together was a very special day.
When I come back to do another trek in Nepal, I’ll definitely be coming back to the Nepal Hiking Team :)

Amazing trek, amazing tour guide Hari, professional agency, PERFECT!!! - I booked the tour "Annapurna Base Camp Trek in 10 days" as a group trip via the portal tourradar.com and met my two fellow travelers on site.
From the beginning, my questions were answered immediately, competently and friendly by Escape Himalaya.
The organization on site was excellent. Pickup at the airport, preliminary meeting, etc. went absolutely smoothly! My special requests were also taken into account (earlier arrival, later departure, etc.).
A sturdy, spacious new travel bag and a thick sleeping bag were provided.
After the trek they gave me the duffle bag as a present!
The trek itself was very well organized and what we experienced was absolutely amazing!!! Our guide HARI was incredibly courteous and friendly. He fulfilled every wish of us and was really always there for us!! I think we weren't exactly easy and yet he took good care of each and every single one of us!
He knew everything... weather conditions, route, etc. We grew very fond of him over the short time!
He always adapted the hiking pace to our needs.
After the trek he continued to look after us and even took us to the airport
I can absolutely recommend him and hope that everyone has Hari as a guide... He made the tour unique!

All in all, the trekking agency, our guide Harri and the porters gave us a wonderful time! I will always remember this time!
The trek itself is doable for everyone who is sporty and likes hiking. You have to show a bit of will in some places as it can get very steep, but again: it's doable!
Pay particular attention to well-worn hiking boots, as blisters on your feet could be quite uncomfortable. Die me the elevation at the base camp was no problem at all, but there were other who dizzy and gut headache.

Lots of Ups and downs and to the top! ;) - I really liked the experience all together, the trek was very varied.
My guide Ram and the porter Govinda were always were helpful, we walked fast and were almost the only ones who always escaped the rain.
Also, the information before the trek provided by the Nepal hiking team were very precise and thorough.

Fabulous Trekking Experience with an excellent organisation. Highly recommended. - I trekked to Annapurna Basecamp in April/ May 2024 with my adult children. We had all trekked independently in Nepal before so we knew what to expect, but this was something special to do all together for my 70th birthday.
NHT were great to deal with from the start to finish. Ganga the owner managed all communication. He met us at the beginning and debriefed us at the end. Bhim our guide was incredibly professional, calm and helpful throughout and our porters were great fun with endless games of cards at night.
The teahouses were perhaps a little basic, next time I would ask for an upgrade to the next level which would cost very little, but no complaints. Of course we were there for the mountains and they were majestic as we scaled up from the pollution of Pokara to the misty foothills and then at last breaking through to clear sky and views of massive snowy mountains all around.
This trip was truly memorable. Everything went as planned and we were confident of NHT full support from beginning to end. I am sure we will return and if we do it will be with Nepal Hiking Team without doubt.

Amazing 10 days ABC trek - I booked a solo ABC trek with Nepal Hiking team in May. The tour agency was very responsive, and flexible with my dates. I was joined by two other solo travelers. We got along great.
The trek was amazing. The views were stunning. Our guide Hari was wonderful. He always made sure we were comfortable, always checking in.
We had fresh fruits at the end of our dinner every night while there were no fresh fruits around at any tea house in the mountains. He was also funny, making us laugh often , making the days more enjoyable even if we had to get up early every morning to start trekking.
The porters Ganesh and Sandeep were so friendly and helpful. It’s amazing how they can still smile after a long day carrying our heavy bags up and down the mountains,
This one of a lifetime experience was something I will always cherish. And having Hari’s team made the experience that much better. I would definitely recommend Nepal hiking team to those who consider trekking while visiting the country.

14 day trek with Sagar KC - Spent 14 days amongst nature in Nepal. We had the best experience thanks to Sagar and the Nepal hiking team. Was challenging but very rewarding and look forward to come back to Nepal someday for another adventure!! Big thanks to Sagar, Parsu and Birbahadur for making the trip happen. They made the experience amazing for us. If your lucky enough to get Sagar as your guide … Ask him about Nepali flat đŸ˜…

Bucket list experience - Our amazing adventure started with our initial contact with Ganga planning our trip. Nothing was too difficult & every query responded to promptly. From the time we met our awesome guide Dhurba at Kathmandu airport we knew we were in good hands. Dhurba was capable & very knowledgeable always engaging with us to ensure we were comfortable & cared for. His assistant guide Prem also supported us all the way. Our 3 fantastic porters Sunkar, Ram & Krishna were fun & happily interacted with us definitely making our trip more enjoyable. Thank you Dhurba & your amazing team for giving us unforgettable memories & a trip of a lifetime
